Started practicing a few months ago, and it has completely changed my outlook on health, and mindfulness. Nicole is a remarkable teacher, and inspires me to continue learning.

Awesome instructor and facility! I was new to yoga when I first came to Nicole several years ago. Before beginning she took the time to assess what my intentions were and determine any limitations or injuries I had. She’s very cognizant about her students’ needs and is always concerned about injury prevention. The studio is a calming and comfortable environment and very conducive to good practice. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, Nicole will do an excellent job guiding and encouraging you in your practice!
