I highly recommend Pacifico Ford for a car. Patrick was very helpful and friendly. He walked me through the whole process. Stanley was a huge help getting me the right price and a great insurance quote. When it came time to sign the papers, Bernard walked me through it and explained everything I was signing. Great overall experience from beginning to end.
I’ll be calling Matt anytime anything pops up from now on. He constantly checked in with me to keep me posted on the status of my car and made sure I understood everything. Nick S was my mechanic and he was just as awesome. They definitely know what they are doing and didn’t try and rip me off
My experience was nice, the waiting room was comfortable, coffee and tea were available as well as vending machines filled with yummy snacks and beverages. The service was excellent, everyone that I came in contact with was pleasant and professional. The wait time for the service to my vehicle was very tolerable, I was in and out within a reasonable time.

First highlight of my experience was the simplicity of the “fast food like garage pull-in” for the servicing appointment. My appointment was as easy as placing an order at a Chic-Fil-a drive through for my car’s service needs; it took less than 10 minutes.
The second highlight was the caring car service expert Matthew who went above and beyond to really make me happy. He explained in clear detail every part of the car codes diagnostic test which scanned for needed services; we discussed and decided that it would be best to pick up the car in 24 hours as it got the work done.
~ Pacifico Ford and Matthew paid for a complementary Lyft Trip back to my home destination in Brewerytown AND paid the the ride back to Pacifico Ford the day following! So much thanks and appreciation for this luxury service for this happy customer!
The third highlight was the understanding and compassion Matthew offered to provide some discounts and hourly work rate reductions to make my bill more affordable, completing the servicing. Great support and great customer relationship building skills by Matthew and the team at Pacifico Ford.

I had a great experience with Pacifica Ford. I went there to trade my truck in. Not only did I have a great experience there but I had Stan and Patrick help me. They made the transition go very easy. They took the time to go over everything. I drove off in a 2021 Ranger truck knowing how to operate my new vehicle. What a very nice place and the works are very friendly and so nice. They made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Stan and Patrick I love my new truck.
I get my oil changed and other maintenance here for my 2007 Ford Escape hybrid. The staff are always very courteous and the maintenance is always quick and affordable. Would highly recommend them to anyone getting their car serviced.
I setup an appointment weeks in advance for an 11am oil change and tire rotation. They didn't get it done until 3: 30. What is the point of having an appointment at a certain time if you're not going to get to it until 4 hours later? It's frustrating when it's such a quick basic service, I'll look for somewhere else to go next time.

I walked into the quick lane center of Pacifico Ford a dejected mess. I had made an appointment at another Ford dealership for my inspection and was told when I arrived for my appointment that my wait time could be "quite some time because we are backed up" - (what's the point of making an appointment then?). After multiple poor experiences at the other Ford dealership in the last 6 months, I drove the 15 minutes to Pacifico and met my new best friends, Yasmine, Steve and James. Let me tell you, they took one look at me, handed me a soft pretzel and a coffee and said: "Don't worry, Valued Customer, we got your back. " They asked if a had a couple hours to wait because there was a line and after being told that no estimate of time was available at the other Ford dealership (even though I had an appointment), I was happy to sit in a quiet waiting room with a soft pretzel for 2 hours. Right on the dot, 2 hours later, I walked out the door with an inspection, a full stomach and caffeine to last me the rest of the day. If this is read by any manager of the Ford Dealerships, just a word of advice - your other dealerships in this area need help. It shouldn't be this hard to get a car worked on. Chuckling at a customer's frustration after trying to explain to them the state of the industry of cars (by the way, I'm in the transportation industry), and why said industry is impacting their ability to appropriately estimate a wait time is insulting. I vote with my dollar and Pacifico has it.
I have never had an experience for auto repair service wherein everyone employed at the dealership was EXTREMELY professional, polite and friendly. Pacifico Ford is top-notch for customer service, and judging by the foundation donor checks on the wall, a superior corporate citizen.
I highly recommend getting your car at Pacifico. Our sales person Chris was wonderful. He was honest, friendly, explained everything perfectly and most important to me he did not apply any pressure. It was actually a fun experience buying a car at Pacifico. I really can’t recommend them enough. They are great people to work with!
Once again I would like to commend the service department at pacifico Ford.especially my service manager Kaylee and her service technician Maurice for the outstanding service that they have provided me time and time again.
I took my 2021 Ford for its 6 month maintenance and for a replacement rear tail light. I was told it would be a out 3 hours but it was 2 days, no one called me to tell me the difference in time but when I called several times I eventually got through as was told they were having a problem with an electrical issue on my new truck. After explaining my frustration I was offered a rental for my inconvenience except I declined and decided to wait. Eventually my truck was fixed after two full days.
I believe that customer service is the foundation of any business, I just wished that I would have been kept in the loop and not told at the last minute about keeping my truck.

The wait time with an appointment is crazy. A response from anyone is crazy and calling don’t do it, they have you on hold then just hang up on you. I call 4 times since 10: 00am to cancel all services with no prevail but at 1: 05pm I get a call. Now I’m out $97.
I recently traded in my GMC Terrain for a Ford Explorer XLT at Pacifico Auto Group. Stan (manager) helped me get the best value for my trade and made the buying process super easy and painless! Mike Delia was my sales rep and he was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. Mike even fixed a small scratch that was on the Ford Explorer. I highly recommend going to Pacifico to purchase a vehicle in the future-make sure to ask for Mike if you want a no pressure, honest and helpful sales rep! Thanks again guys I love my Explorer!
