I've used Pacifico for several years now. When it comes to getting my car checked and repaired, I really trust the expertise at Pacifico. My service advisor Amanda clearly explained everything in she anticipated my car would need serviced (based on mileage) before starting. When picking up the car, she noted that some of the services she anticipated, like filter replacements, were not necessary at the time, so she omitted them. I appreciate that honesty in making sure I'm not wasting parts or money.

I've also found that Pacifico does a fantastic job in making sure their customers have access to their services. While they have your car, they make sure you're well taken care of. For example, when setting up the appointment online, the system asked questions about preference to drop off or wait for the car. Both after my drop off and for pick-up, Amanda set up a ride share request between my home and the service center. It's those thoughtful measures that make Pacifico a great team to work with.

Omg what a wonderful experience to lease a 2022 Hyundai Tucson here today with Kristina Weeks! First all the staff here are kind, professional and will bend over backwards to help you and answer your questions. Kurt was a rockstar understanding the rules for registering in Delaware when purchasing in Pennsylvania. Joe Simonini in finance was pleasant as well. They didn’t do the crazy over sticker and no high pressure. We were able to get a limited and there are great features. If you come here ask for Ms Weeks from Jersey and say Barbara from Delaware sent me! You won’t be disappointed

Brandon at Pacifico helped me immensely with the purchase of my car. I called ahead to select the vehicle I wanted and he had it right outside when arrived for a test drive. This was a little surprising for me as I'm 18 and it was great to be treated like an interested car buyer. In addition while all the other Hyundai dealerships are charging a premium on MSRP due to the car shortage, Pacifico held firm and did the right thing. Kept the cars at MSRP rather than moving with what they could make. I highly recommend this place for a purchase of your new car. Thanks so much to specifically Brandon and everyone else at the Pacifico Hyundai team!

Took my Hyundai lease vehicle in for standard maintenance. The friendly staff in the service center had me in and out in about an hour.

Turned my car around in a reasonable amount of time for recall service and scheduled maintenance. All of the employees there were
friendly and customer service oriented. Overall a positive experience.

Update: took my car in for scheduled maintenance 2021 and couldn’t ask for better customer service. Jorge Caputo was a great customer service rep, personable, knowledgeable and professional and very considerate of my time. Also the dealership was able to arrange Lyft transportation to and from my appointment. Again overall a great customer service experience.

The *! Technicians! * couldn't find from where the tires noises coming from!
They said maybe you have to change the tires
I paid them for letting me 2 hours waiting in the waiting area.
I went to the closest regular mechanic
30 minutes he found the problem.

The ABSOLUTE WORST dealership I’ve ever been to. The staff is incompetent at best. They showed no concern for their customers today and gave unreliable information. They aren’t even knowledgeable about their own inventory. I relied on their information and provided all information, including a credit check and when I arrived the car was already sold-YESTERDAY. Meanwhile, today, I provided all the documentation needed and arrived to pick up a car that wasn’t there. Now they are trying to sell a car they have no photos of and is undergoing work. Beware of this dealer and take your business elsewhere.

Went in to get my oil change and tires rotated. Was informed that I needed brakes and rotors. Immediately. How could this happen if I only bring my vehicle to this dealership. Shouldn't it have been almost time for brakes at my last visit. Thinking about using another dealership as this is not my first issue here

Amanda and Dennis are absolutely a dream. I'm so impressed with Amanda, she was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me.she's so friendly and Im so happy that she could help me out. Dennis was also great, really broke things down to anwser my questions. I really appreciate all the help they gave me.

I appreciate the service today and concerns go further with the constant runner light bulb that continue to go out and it was brought to there attention but not taken with consideration and time frame

I spent several hours here while my car was being serviced and I was treated with so much kindness and respect. Special shout out to Jorge who took care of me the entire time I was there. He showed me where to find the complimentary water bottles and coffee, checked in to make sure I was doing alright and made sure I found my car okay after the service was complete. Jorge I’ll see you around Christmas for some cookies!
