I just saw an article about the area that reminded me I never posted my experience at this lot. Unfortunately my car was broken into about a month ago here, it doesn't appear they have any regular active security. I walk past often during the week and they rarely have someone here, I'm assuming when a local event is occurring.
I'm not sure what you're paying for if the lot isn't secured and there isn't staffed security.

Its a good space for the money. The issue is it’s in Philly. No matter where you go it smells like pot or pee. Sometimes both

Reasonably priced parking. Three hours $5. Good location for buzzing around Fishtown
