I went on for diagnostics on my vehicle to see what was going on with it. They were quick and gave me detailed information I needed. Definitely recommend!

They were able to get me in quickly when it was convenient for me. Performed a diagnostic that provided them with the issue they needed to deal with that another facility was unable to take care of. Communication of the issue was wonderful and they caught a problem with a previous repair that still needed to be taken care of by the original facility. Definitely worth considering them for your business.

I Recently took my KIA there for the first time for an inspection. They were very friendly, did a great job, didn't charge me any extra fees above their quote, and got it done on time. Very happy with the experience. Honest, efficient, and prompt service always. I Would highly, highly recommend.

I don’t recommend using this business. I would like to note that Painter’s is not BBB certified. Final take from my experience, there are plenty of other mechanics in the area, as Justin has told others in his responses to their reviews.

I brought in my truck because of a noise in the front right tire. They took a quick diagnostic and found it was wheel bearings as I suspected. They discussed my options, I agreed to the terms and work begun while I waited in the lobby. It was a quick repair and to my surprise, the price was cheaper than the original. Staff was friendly and professional and I was on my way.

This place will try and rob you blind, they said my vehicle needed $900 worth of repairs my car was there all day said I needed parts I just had replaced I said no thanks sounds shady and went to a dealership and my vehicle passed inspection I showed them Painters repair invoice and they couldn’t believe what they tried to get away with

Was very pleased! Great customer service! I suggested a few things that I thought would need to be fixed before I passed inspection. They were very honest and said only the breaks were needed. I was happy to be not taken advantage of!

I had a tire that repeatedly lost air pressure. They were able to get me in quickly, diagnosed the problem and repaired it while I waited.

Made an appointment for 8: 30 in the morning for an oil change and inspection.called at 12: 30 wondering what is going on, they don't answer the phone you get voicemail they called me back and left me a voicemail that they were behind from yesterday.why they wouldn't inform me of that when I dropped off of vehicle it's beyond me.then she called me at 4: 20 telling me my vehicle is done.got there at 4: 40 vehicle was still on the rack there changing the oil! Then to add to the insult my vehicle didn't pass inspection because of a fog light and a side mirror which I was willing to replace but then was informed I would have to pay for a whole new inspection to get my sticker yeah I'll never be back I drive 100 miles out of my way!

My Aunt had some repairs done at Painters that I had to go back and correct. My Aunt and I went into Painters and explained with fact based evidence and Chris had explained that he has been correcting some issues with a former employee he had. Jusrin made it right. As a customer she felt good and will more than likely be returning for work. Thank you Justin for making it right.

The people at Painters were very professional very courteous but I find them to be on the high side in regards to cost

Needed an oil change. I first called ANOTHER place, & they told me it would be a 3 hour wait.
Looked on line, & found Painters Auto. They said we stay in our vehicle, just pull up, and our oil would be changed. Did that. Kenny was our professional oil change mechanic. He took care of us lickety-split! No waiting at all. Definitely will return. Also, I would recommend them to my family and friends.
