Worst customer service ever! Clearly under the influence of narcotics and employees were coughing. Was the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had at a shop

The food is actually really delicious, BUT they rarely answer the phone so you’ll have to go order in person (hope you have a car) and WAIT or use a delivery app which costs almost triple. They should hire someone to only answer the phones if they’re busy making food. And the worst part is the replies to the reviews as if they actually care.

Disgusting!

Employees were rude, but the worst part is the germs and uncleanliness.

Also do not use the Sliced app! The worst app ever. Terrible customer service

Very much hole in the wall pizza, but that's what makes it so good. Definitely good next day pizza.

Good food. Horrible service. Guy over the phone was rude as hell and then when we got there he explained that the food was burnt so we politely asked them to just remake it so it wasnt burnt and he copped a whole attitude. Wont be ordering from here again unless management addresses these employee issues

First time trying it out. Placed an online order for pickup because they didn't answer the phone (I thought they may have just been busy. I wasn't in a hurry.) They never confirmed the order and when I tried calling later to confirm it multiple times with different phones they still never picked up. My food has already been paid for and it was never made. Never again.

Best pizza in the Mt. Oliver/Mt. Washington area. The staff is super nice and the prices are very reasonable. My pizza is always done on time. I ordered pizza by the slice today and they are HUGE. Paisano’s never disappoints

They don't answer the phone like just shut the place down at this point I miss the old owner

This was my first time eating here, I had taken a doordash order from this location and it smelled AH-MAZE-IN, I was craving a good steak hoagie, I have lived in Pittsburgh my whole life and it has been hard finding a to die for steak hoagie, and lemme tell you…. This place is soooooooo goood! Literally my favorite place to eat now hands down!

Been a customer over 30 years. Place went down hill. Poor service and food. Don't answer the phone at all and close when they feel like it

Best pizza around. Other pizza shops have nothing on them, their crust is soft, you can even enjoy eating it all the way till its all gone. Plenty of cheese on it, also their hoagies are the best, they are not afraid to put meat in them and lettuce tomatoes, cheese. I will not buy from anyone else. Don't change yens are number 1.thank you

I have been a customer of paisono's for over forty years. I have not tasted a better hoagie ever until today. The business is not the same. Delivery time is terrible. Phones don't get answered and hoagies are not the same. Should of stuck with what worked and what made this shop the best. What has been a staple has been ruined, I'm sad to say but after 40years of wonderful food. Today was my last stop at this shop. Good luck

The food is good but apparently they don't like answering the phone. Every time I call the phone rings about ten times. I know they can't be that busy all the time.

I order from there all the time i been ordering from there for many years and the food is great but they need to start answering the phone i call multiple times and i never get an answer i have to walk in and order i shouldn't have to do that.
