I used Pak Mail to ship a large mid-century modern floor vase that I won from an auction house that recommended their services. Not only were they easy and quick to communicate with, but the vase arrived in perfect condition. You could tell it was handled with care and packed extremely well.

Pak Mail Pittsburgh recently helped us pack and ship glasses that have been in our family for several generations. To us, they are priceless. We went to their facility and spoke with Emily.to explain the situation. She was very courtesy and explained how they would wrap each piece and double box to help ensure their safe arrival. When we unpacked all 32 pieces, there wasn't a single broken glass. I would highly recommend Pak Mail Pittsburgh for their professionalism. Something we unfortunately struggle to find in this day.

I recently purchase three oil paintings at an auction. Pak Mail picked them up promptly, evaluate the shipping needs gave us a fair price and shipped them to us.

They arrived today and if there was a Packie Award for great packaging I would nominate them. The paintings arrived in excellent condition in a fantastic box with great support protecting them.

We will use this shipper if the chance arises again and feel they should be trusted with valuables they did a great job for us.

I recently had to have a framed painting shipped to me which I was concerned about. I had to choose between about 3 locations to trust with the job of picking up, packing, and shipping the painting to me. I gave the job to Pak Mail in Irwin, PA. When I received the package I was extremely impressed by the thorough packing job they did. They used a strong box with reinforced corners, firmer bubble wrap, and two pieces of particle board to further protect the painting from being damaged in transit. I highly recommend Pak Mail (Irwin, PA) for any packing job you need especially for higher priced and fragile type items.

Our purchase of merchandise from the east coast required delicate packaging and cross country shipping. Our vendor suggested Pak Mail. Once contacted, Pak Mail was on top of it. Quote, communication, delivery, and follow up was top notch.

TRUSTWORTHY. We have an antique Hoosier cabinet from the 1920's that had been in my mother's Pennsylvania farmhouse kitchen since 1972. Fast forward to 2018 and the farm and all those furnishings were sold and my mother moved to Pittsburgh and the only thing she took with her was that Hoosier cabinet. We were blessed to be able to take ownership of that rare, unrestored vintage piece of history. The only obstacle was that we lived in Louisiana; how do we get that one piece of furniture to us? Well, we found Pak Mail in 2018 and got an estimate, but then life intervened and five years later that Hoosier cabinet sits in our Prairieville, Louisiana home undamaged and ready to add decades more memories with us!
