PAK- Pediatrics (Pittston)

Dr. Kile is very caring, kind and also thorough, spends more time than any other physician I’ve known. He really does care about his patients. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff is great and friendly. Easy to talk to. Very compassionate and good to my son and his needs. Grateful to have found an office that’s personable.

We were a bit early for hour appt. They were able to take us in almost instantly. Filled out quick routine paperwork. The nurse was very nice and even though my child is an infant she spoke to her as a person explaining what she was doing. Dr. Kile as usual very professional and helpful with any of our concerns such as referring to us to sleeping specialists for babies.

I usually take my older daughter to the Kingston office, but they didn't have any open appointments the day I needed my new born to be seen. The Pittston office was lovely! All the staff were very friendly. I love it just as much as the Kingston office.

My children have been patients of Dr. Kile since 2012. He is absolutely wonderful. Appointments always run on time, staff is excellent and the new offices are beautiful.

They take great care of my children and if it weren't for the high cost of medical they would get the five stars

I love PAK. I love how they have walk in hours. The whole staff is always friendly and pleasant. I really like the new Pittston office. My only complaint is that we wait a long time in the room waiting to be seen by the doctor or Nurse Practitioner. I have only had this happen in the Pittston office. This last time we arrived with only one other family at 8am when they opened. We waited 45 minutes to be seen from check in.

Wonderful first time experience. Everyone was so nice. Very clean and cheerful facility. Meeting with our new doctor was great, thorough examine and very friendly, easy to talk with. Thank you.

Love the doctors and nurses here. We are thankful to have found them.and we are sticking with them!

The entire staff at PAK-P is incredible. Every time we are seen there, the experience is top notch from beginning to end. The providers are extremely caring and always listen to and acknowledge a mom’s concerns!

Natalie Gilboy is amazing! She is kind and explained things to us very thoroughly. We never felt rushed with her. She took her time and answered all of our questions.

Friendly, knowledgable staff. Always feel welcome and supported. I have had to call to speak with a nurse with questions, she was very understanding and they have great follow up. Always called me back to make sure everything was going well. The lactation consultant, Liz, was amazing and very helpful as a resource for my first time as an EBF mom. Would definitely recommend for new moms.

Dr. Kile is absolutely amazing. Very informative, great with my son and overall an excellent pediatrician to go to! The Pittston location is so nice! I've had to see other pediatricians due to an emergency sick appt and everyone is amazing there! I've never had any complaints so I highly recommend anyone at either location.

Liz is very knowledgeable, encouraging, and accommodating with appointments. As a first time mom it's wonderful to have someone I feel confident talking to and getting reliable advice from.
