Palacios Tree Service

I used Palacios Tree Service to have four large trees in my front yard trimmed. Not only was the estimate reasonable, they were very timely in their response to have the work done even after the Tropical Storm Isaias required their attention across the region. Highly recommend!

Palacios performed extensive tree trimming at my house in July. Courteous and professional staff completed the job and cleaned up the yard. When it became apparent that they needed additional equipment to reach several branches, one man left and returned with a 85 ft extension lift. They chipped all the branches onsite. Great job, great price and very happy with the tree service.

Went with this place based on referral and good pricing, on initial inspection it looked like a decent job but upon analyzing more, they left many of the roots in the ground and we specifically discussed those being removed. Also part of the bill was for soil and grass seed, the “soil” they used is filled with rocks not sure where they even got that from and not a single blade of grass is growing so now sure they even put seeds. We have called a number of times and they refuse to come out to even look at the concerns we brought up, very unprofessional to just give a customer the cold shoulder when the job was done poorly, stand by your work!

They came did a awesome job. Cleaned up everything and did it very neatly. Very careful and proficient! Will call them again if I need work done

Palacios’ did an excellent job pruning two badly overgrown Cleveland pear trees. They were on time and very professional. Efficiently cleaned up all branches and leaves.

Arrived on time for estimate, came for work when promised, did a good job trimming trees and cleaning up after, and followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied.

We had Palacios Tree Service come today Saturday, June 29 and remove ivy from a very tall Sycamore. The crew was friendly, professional, and the gentleman who climbed the tree was very skilled. He “knew” what he was doing! I wish that I had taken a before picture but didn’t. Suffice it to say that the entire trunk and many of the large limbs were fully covered.

Well, now the tree will live for a very long time free of strangling ivy!
