Palermos Italian Grill

The food is all very flavorful! The cheesesteaks are moist and tasty, but lacking a little on the sauce. The grilled chicken is also delicious when put on a pizza. However, both nights I ordered from here recently I will say I’ve had a small complaint. The first time they forgot to put two of my toppings on half of my pizza, which, I get can be an easy mistake. Tonight I decided I wanted pizza again, but to my dismay the crust was very chewy on the bottom. Almost like eating cardboard. The sauce and the cheese have great flavor, but I wish they would have been a little heavier on the sauce since I asked for extra. I will more than likely continue to order from here since as I said the food tastes great and I enjoy supporting local. The staff are very friendly and I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, even late at night.

Late review but we don’t forget things especially when typically made for a bday party for a child……ordered 4 pies only one came out decent other three a bit over cooked. Pizza tasted trashy like no flavor and or sauce, very little cheese as well basically paid for dough that was stale tasting

We just stopped in for a quick lunch. 1 slice of Margarita pizza, and 1 slice of plain. Reheated slices are usually hit or miss, but we were happily surprised! Heated all the way through with a crispy crust, not burned at all. Perfect, so we'll be back!

When I entered this restaurant I felt at home.very nice, warm atmosphere, cozy place, but that's not all, the food is so tasty and delicious that it is worth trying by many of you. If someone wants to eat well, tasty and not expensive, I highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely come back to this wonderful place.

Food is pretty good but the big issue here is that they always say “20-25 minutes” for take out no matter how busy they are or what you order. Tonight was at least the 3rd time we waited an hour for our take out order to be ready. Won’t be doing take out from here again. Palermo’s- please set realistic pick up time expectations for your customers. I would rather be told up front that it’s going to be an hour rather than “25 minutes” and then wait in the lobby for another 30 minutes for my order to be ready. I think other customers would like the same. Because this has happened multiple times I know it was not just a one time back up issue.

Our family's favorite local pizza place by far. Reasonably priced and delicious every time

We've had some good experiences, but this was not one of them. Our wings were so overcooked, they tasted burnt. They also had minimal sauce. Two of my pizzas were ready, but I had to wait 15 minutes for the third one. Disappointing.

The mozzarella sticks needed to be cooked longer, the cheese fries tasted old and soggy, and the funnel cake fries tasted soggy and like they sat in oil. Do not recommend

It has been a long time since my husband and I had gotten takeout from anywhere that we absolutely loved. Then tonight, my husband ordered a bruschetta pizza for me for my birthday from Palermo’s I have to say it was hands-down the best bruschetta pizza I have ever had and it was probably the most delicious thing I have eaten in years! If it tastes like this every time, I could eat it every week! Amazing!

My family had ordered here for delivery. My mother-in-law decided to share her chicken wrap with me. My second bite into the sandwich I felt something very hard in my mouth. Turns out there was a white plastic clip. Yes, those clips on the end of bread bags in my chicken wrap. Absolutely insane. What if my child had this wrap and choked? Crazy.

First time ordering we had plain pizza and a pepperoni pizza and it was amazing excellent pizza, we'll definitely order again we'll have to try different things on the menu, it's January 21st second time we ordered from here, pizza was amazing to bake rigatoni was amazing, the delivery guy was great delivered on time everything was hot, I got to say this has got to be my favorite place guys keep up the great work, just ordered again from this place this place is amazing, great food great service people will take your orders are very helpful can't get over the food it's amazing, recommend this place for everybody you guys keep up the great work.great food

Best italian spot in the area i love coming down here and enjoying some great food they have so many options as well from there pizza to there wings to pasta and subs etc etc everything I’ve tried has never disappointed thank you to the Palermo’s staff for always being an A+!

Beat garlic knots ever. The pizza was great. We had the Works, so full of flavor. Service was quick and very courteous. Wish we found this place sooner

Eggplant to thick and wasn't cooked all the way and breaded for rollatini and pasta was good. I will recook it myself.

The employees at Palermos Italian Grill are just as amazing as the food is. Tonight, I was across the street doing laundry and lost track of time. It was 9;15 pm, and I was supposed to bring home 2 pizzas for my family. I called to see if they were still open, and one of the employees answered and very happily took my order. I said, "Are you sure it's not too late? " And he said "naaah it's no problem at all! We're happy to make it for you! " So when I got there at 9: 30 pm, I asked them what time they closed, and they said, "You really wanna know? Well, we actually closed at 9 pm. " I said, " Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry! " They said, "Oh no, don't apologize. If we're still here, we'll make the pizza for you. " They continued to tell me how much they appreciated me for being a customer, and they didn't even know me! So I want to say thank you to the wonderful workers who served me that night. You are the two of the most amazing people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with!

Pizza was absolutly horrible crust like ply wood will NEVER get one again delivery took more than twice as long as they said
