Palermo's Pizza

Upon arrival to pick up the food, no employee acknowledged me for several minutes. Most looked like they didn’t want to me there. Finally when an employee was ready to ring me out, my order was not ready to go and then the employee took a phone call to delay things even more. He told me my total was $30. When I got home, I noticed my total was $31.80 to include a convenience fee. This fee was not disclosed at the time of purchase and there were no signs posting this practice. I did not sign the receipt! Had I known of this fee, I would have paid cash. Never thought to expect a fee when spending $30. Rude experience from staff, food was subpar, and there is no excuse for secretly adding a fee without first informing the customer. Unless the owner can reach out to make this wrong into a right, I will be contacting by my credit card company and will report this business to the FTC!

We ordered pizza pizzas and cookies on Saturday 2/4. On Sunday 2/5 I decided to warm up my cookie in the microwave arced and the cookie caught on fire.

I pulled out sliver of metal measuring about 1.5” long.

I immediately called Palermo’s and explained what happened and they really didn’t seem to care.

Ingesting metal can become a serious health issue, so it is very concerning that this wasn’t taken seriously.

Ordered a slice of bacon pizza and cheese fries and husband ordered a chicken cheesesteak and fries BOTH were amazingly good! Owner and wife are wonderful and caring individuals! Employees are friendly and everyone strives to give their best. Even in the middle of being busy the service, food and environment was great. I will be back for more!

The people that work here are amazing. They go beyond to give you good service and the food is amazing I recommend Palermo’s 10/10 I will definitely come again

Ordered a pizza and and a cheesesteak. They gave me a stale pizza that tasted like it had been out half the day and a chicken cheesesteak hoagie that tasted equally un-fresh. Neither was even remotely warm and we picked up just 15 mins after ordering. We threw just about everything out because it didn’t seem safe to eat.

I ordered a cheesesteak, pepperoni pizza, and salad. Spoiler alert, THEY WERE AMAZING! The cheesesteak’s roll tasted super fresh and it was very soft. I’d also never had a cheese so delicious! It was very creamy and cheesy! The meat was extremely well made, and for a 13 buck cheesesteak, it seemed cheap for its value. The pizza seemed a little pricey at first, but it DEFINITELY paid off in the end! The crust tastes very fresh and it was very crunchy. The sauce is a mix of sweet and sour, and it gave a delicious punch to the pizza! The cheese wasn’t bad at ALL. The pepperoni tastes more like real pepperoni than the pepperoni you can buy at the store! The overall pizza had just enough grease, not like other pizza restaurants that have WAY too much grease. In conclusion, this place is the BEST! If you have the chance to order something from here, DO IT. It will DEFINITELY not disappoint.

Wish there was a ZERO Stars! Prices are 2x as high when you get there then online which is triple most Pizza places! Insane! I ordered 2 pizzas 1 medium and 1 large it was $45! That would be ok with me IF the quality was anywhere near the price! Bella Napoli is FAR better for the cost! Here's the details. 1 large plain pizza (stupid thin with very little cheese and sauce-crust tastes like cardboard) 1 medium "Palermo Pizza" and I added spinach for an extra $2.50. (5 pieces of spinach- not sauteed lumps- PIECES!) 5 tiny teaspoons of ricotta and 8 tiny tomatoes and I could not see or taste any garlic. Again crust tastes like cardboard! I am a local and I will be telling everyone I know in town to go elsewhere. Insane Prices for VERY POOR PRODUCT!

First time ordering here. Great pizza and great service. I was running late to pick up my order and when I got there they had made another pizza because the other one had gotten cold. Will definitely be going back!

Food here is very good! Pizza is very good, but higher price keeps this rating from being a "Loved it" for me.

Great to eat at if you literally go there. Don't expect to get your food if you want it delivered though. Had a confirmed ordered that they just decided to not make so we'll be taking our delivery business elsewhere.

I've eaten at Palermo's over the years and taken out, since I work in the area. Great prices, cool employees and even greater delicious food. You won't be disappointed. Had the chicken pesto wrap today actually. Phenomenal. 5*****

We order from Palermo’s weekly. I normally pick up on the way home from work. The food is delicious and consistent. They make the best pizza and I’m obsessed with their tuna salad and white vegetable pizza. I appreciate the friendly staff. Truth is they are a bit pricier than competitors in Phoenixville, but they never disappoint.

Garlic knots are great. The pizza is okay. The sauce is tomato-y and little bitter. If you like sweet sauce, this is not the pizza for you. Service was quick.

First time I ordered from here and I was very shocked at how good the food was. How has it taken me this long to find this place! Wings were crispy on outside and cooked all the way through. Sicilian pizza was great and so filling. I have lots of leftovers. Italian hoagie was fresh and roll was also fresh. Just delicious! Great job and keep up the great food.

Stromboli is very good. Wife and I each got one. Gentleman at the counter was friendly and food was brought to our table as soon as it was ready.

The wings here are on point - traditional and boneless, doesn’t matter. You will be satisfied. Good people too.

Took 40 minutes to get my panini and fries, my friend cancelled his cheese steak order because he waited the same amount of time for it. I will never go back to this location.

Very good pizza, good ingredients but overpriced. Pizza sizes underwhelming, personal pepperoni, 4 little slices, $12. Think bar sized pizza.
