Palm Beach Tan

All I wanted was a single tan - would have been happy to pay for it. Then, the upselling started. The single tan turned into, "Here are our membership options, $95 tanning lotion.no? Okay, here's our $19 packet of lotion - you'll need two. " I walked out without tanning after realizing they just didn't want the business.

I would absolutely 100% not recommend Palm Beach Tan. Spray tans are completely uneven, the one and only time I went back to use their services, the machines were broken After months of phone tag, I was finally able to cancel my membership. They claim their staff are trained in how to give clients cancelled memberships in stores, that was not my experience. Don’t waste your time, please go somewhere else to get your tan.

My son is getting married and I needed a tan.fast! I opted for the spray tan package. The girls at the front desk answered all of my questions and walked me through the process, step by step. I was happy with my first visit. Went back about a week later and tweaked my tan. Again, I was consulted by the front desk associate. Great customer service!

Always love this place. The staff are always very welcoming when you walk through the door. Beds are always clean. Atmosphere is positive and clean. Lotions are always available when needed. I love my "little escape" I get from coming here. It does help with depression with some people just laying and relaxing in a tanning bed.especially after dealing with stressful situations. The staff are always helpful and supportive. Thank you so much

This was my first spray tan in about 12 years. Tess was amazing! She was incredibly knowledge and answered all my questions. 10/10 would recommend her and PBT.

PSA: This business practices over-the-top, predatory sales tactics with no regard for customers' physical or emotional well-being. I accompanied a loved-one to cancel their membership due to a recent surgery and the sales associate attempted to guilt them into continuing to pay for services they could not possibly use. After her fifth or sixth attempt, I respectfully and calmly asked her to stop. She did not. She then told me that she was not talking to me, as if her complete and utter disregard for my loved-one's health was acceptable and my interference was not. Please consider taking your business elsewhere.
