Palmiero Toyota

We took our 2012 Toyota Sienna to Palmiero Toyota, our local Toyota dealer to have one of the sliding doors checked out because it would randomly close most of the way and stop and open again. They took it in and diagnosed it within a short time and called me with an estimate of $123.00 to fix it. It was a center hinge that was binding up. Palmiero was super easy to communicate with. It’s a 2-3 week wait to get you in for service. Then they don’t have parts so they reschedule and another 2 weeks of waiting to reschedule. This is my first Toyota vehicle. Other dealerships can get you in within 2 days.

I had a great second experience for service on my 2022 corolla. Even though I was there for an hour and my appointment was only for a tire rotation, I was understand with how busy it was. Once my car was finished, I received a text message update and a video from the technician which was really cool. I was happy with this business' atmosphere in the service waiting room. I took my 2020 Tacoma to Palmiero's for it's 30k service. As usual I was pleasantly greeted by a service writer who explained all the items that would be completed. The service was completed promptly and as always it was top shelf. While waiting my wife and I made plans to buy a new Venza. The sales staff was extremely helpful and took a great deal of time explaining the vehicle. We are trading a 2019 Highlander and I'm confident that Lance, (sales person) and I will be able to reach a deal that will be acceptable for both of us. This will be the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Palmiero's. Great customer service keeps me going back. If your in the market for a new or used Toyota give Palmiero's a look, you will be glad you did.

The time from the day the vehicle arrived to the day the car was repaired was short especially since the work required diagnosing an electrical problem, making the repair, and communicating with me every step of the way. Sharing a video of the work to be done was a nice touch! Plus, Jeff and Matt were fantastic!

During the worst winter storm in a generation, the blower motor on my 2001 Echo died. Even though there were only 3 replacements available nationwide, the technicians at Palmiero ordered, expedited, and installed the new part within a week at considerably less cost than expected. In spite of record snowfall, extreme temperatures, and the busy holiday season, the employees were helpful, knowledgable, and went the extra mile for me and my 21 year old vehicle.
