Palo Alto Laundromat

Always clean with convenient hours. They have new washers in a variety of sizes. Dryers are efficient so I always spend less time and money here. Machines accept quarters only. There's no restroom.

Only 20 minutes washing circle and no rinse. I paid for extra rinse which haven't happened. Clothes came out not clean not enough water not enough cleaning time. Not coming back.

I love Palo Alto laundromat! The place laundry mat around! Super clean and friendly.

There are laundromats closer, but I pass them and go to Palo Alto Laundromat because it's clean, the machines all work and it's easy to park and roll your laundry in and out.

Newer machines that offer a variety of sizes and costs. Facility is well maintained. Machines are periodically wiped down with disinfectant.

Every washer inside the place is $5. Which is fine if it did the laundry I put inside it but that matters not and i hope they enjoy their $5 donation from me today. Didn't get to wash the rest due to this however it does feel better knowing someone gets an extra couple of quarters as a little treat. This is far more rewarding than clean clothing to wear

Was so happy & relieved when I walked in. So much good to say about this place. Clean; working washers & dryers. Owner stopped by to explain machines (1st time here). Washers also did a great job cleaning my clothes and all options worked (hot water, extra rinse, etc.).

*** Edit 1/26/23: One of the big washers took my $6.50 between ~08: 15 -09: 00. I was short $0.25 and only had a debit card so it must've timed out while I was out looking for a quarter. ***There is no contact number to get in touch with you so I am leaving this edit review *** I'll leave a note next time I'm there but hoping you'll see b4.
