2Doctor is friendly, staff calls back promptly. It is difficult to get in to see her as she is one of the only endos in the area, but she listens during appointments and has offered me a lot of feedback over the years. I wish sometimes my concerns were met more proactively but I also understand the need to see facts before diagnosis/medication.
I have been a patient of Dr Palushock for over 10 years. I have not been there in two years due to Covid (I haven’t been to any doctors since Covid). I recently called to make an appointment and left a message. I was shocked when she called back and left me a very rude message saying because I haven’t been there in two years she was no longer my doctor and my family doctor will now have to care for my thyroid issues. I’m appalled by the treatment I received. She is supposed to be a medical professional… there is nothing professional about this. Childish… yes
