I hired Pam to aid in selling my house in Penn Township during the market 'spike' in/around August 2020. She was very knowledgeable about the area, professional, and prompt. She aided flawlessly in all paperwork and a small tax dispute/error during the process. With a quick POA, I didn't even need to show up at closing.

There was an initial disagreement on list price, and I feel that I could've listed higher with some success. Given that I was needing to sell fast, I followed her advice and the home did sell for list. All realtors I've dealt with try to 'shave the peak' a little, so to speak, so no deduction there - just something to be aware of when selling. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her as a seller's agent. Total pro.
