Pancheros Mexican Grill reviews
17Love Pancheros, this one has tiny portions, poorly seasoned food, and I always pay more for my usual order here than other panch’s. Brand new chipotle across the parking lot is 10x better. Hope they step it up.
Good food for counter service fast food, and excellent service. They handled my food allergy well and courteously.
Ample servings. About $10 base price for a meal, $29.95 checkout total for two after we each added guacamole and a drink. Only one calorie-free option in the soda fountain.
Restroom needed attention, but wasn't unsanitary, and the paper on the floor may have been atypical; we hadn't been there before to know.
It's helpful but obviously not required to be able to speak Spanish.
They were filling a lot of internet orders during supper hour (6 pm-ish) on a Friday.
One word, BLAND! Go elsewhere. This is not Mexican food.more like Mexican inspired. This was my first & last time dining here. I've had cheap frozen burritos that were better (not an exaggeration). Portions are almost half of what Chipotle gives you. Sour cream is watered down and if 1 tablespoon isn't enough to your taste, they charge $1.05 for another tablespoon of sour cream. Chicken tastes like it's boiled. I wouldn't doubt if everything came out of a bag. Soda was watered down, too.
DON'T DO IT!
Good burrito spot, not as good as your typical Chipotle, but miles ahead of the Chipotle across the street from this location.
Good food, good service.
Good, food, great service. In my opinion, it is better than Chipotle at all levels!
Their business is great, and you can tell that they care because the people are kind.
Come here and dump Chipotle.
Incredible food, super fast turn around without any compromise on quality. Always clean with wonderful and helpful workers. My favorite lunch spot!
Not impressed at all. They hardly put any meat in the food and charge over $4 for a tiny cup of queso. Ridiculous. I won't be returning I'd rather go to Moe's or Chipotle this business is a rip off
I’ve stopped to eat here a couple of times when I travel. It gets the job done, however you get a couple of pieces of meat and not enough for your buck.
Food was ok I ordered extras which I did not realize and the price was a bit steep for a take out burrito live and learn. People were nice it was near closing time might have gotten a better vibe had it been run of schedule
Closed and didn’t update the website to show that it was closed. There is no reason for a chain restaurant to be unexpectedly closed on a Sunday. Unforgivable offense, will not return. Went down to the chipotle right next to it and demolished my burrito.
Food has no flavor for Mexican food it's bland
Service they gave me a partially wrong order
Atmosphere no music bad lighting nor a welcoming atmosphere.
This place used to be great. Good quality, decent portions, ect. Went suuuuuper downhill. Also convinced my fiancé and I got food poisoning from here that we are currently dealing with. Never again.
Like chipotle
decent vegan options (no soffrito like chipotle but otherwise about the same)
One of my husband's favorite fast food places. He got a burrito and I got a salad. Quite pricey coming in at almost 35 for both with a side of chips and queso with a drink for each but delicious. When we walked it their was a long line of highschool/college kids but even with the line of 20+ people ahead of us we didn't wait more than 20 minutes. They are extremely quick and efficient.
Food is always good, line moves quickly however always feel rushed to decide how I want my food made.
The food was delicious! The service was great! The friendly staff speak both Spanish and English; it made ordering convenient for both myself and others whom I was with. The prices were quite reasonable and the portions were adequate (not large).
My only negative concern about this great restaurant is the lack of baby changing stations in the restrooms. The restroom was large enough to accommodate a stroller, but once there, I couldn't safely or cleanly change my little one.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this fantastic restaurant to visitors of the plaza, it's absolutely worth eating here! If you have a little one (under a year old give or take) who needs diaper changes while laying down, consider changing beforehand in the car or risk changing on the bench / booth at the table.
