Panda Express reviews
19I’ve been a 3x’s a week customer for a couple years now, and I mostly get the same thing every time. The food has been 5Star for me, and the workers are Awesome, Rio is my favorite. She’s always kind and smiling, and she knows my usual! Keep up the Great work Panda Express—Altoona, Pa. 5 ️️️️️
Came here the other day before work. The food was cold and barely had any taste. What I did get; seemed a bit over priced
Food is inferior to every other asian-style food I’ve had in the area. Won’t be returning unless everywhere else is closed!
We asked for the mango tea and they heard us and put down black tea not only that had us wait longer for our food wasn’t even good.
The most frustrating place. "I would like chicken teriyaki, super greens, and cheese Rangoon. " The default answer is that there is a 15 minute wait on the teriyaki, the super greens will be 7 minutes, and we are out of Rangoon's. I thought this was a "FAST casual". Main moon can get a six person order ready from scratch in 10 minutes and this buffet takes 15.
Terrible…. They are always out of everything and always have to wait for what is available… They need new management or they will fail!
Undercooked poorly seasoned food. Noodles were almost raw in chow mein. Orange chicken was rubbery. Fried rice had no flavor. Maybe they don't taste what they cook?
I wanted 20 minutes for a family box in the drive through I am done with this place LAST TIME $50 NO
Foof is a 4-5 star but, the eating area is always dirty and the fountain drinks are always out.
I love going to Panda Express. I have always been taken care of by the exceptional staff. Angela went above and beyond what I asked for during my recent visit. 100% Recommend!
Good food and a variety of entrees! Don't wait too late in the day to go there. The closer they get to closing time, the less options they will have. The food isn't expensive and you get plenty of it.
We got it doordashed and it was good. The only bad thing was it came in a kind of soup and all of the flavors mixed.
I’m done ordering from this restaurant. I order online to save time and it is never ready when I arrive no matter how long I allow.
Food was amazing, it took quite a while for several of the menu items to be ready but I think we came in at the end of a dinner rush. Overall. 7.5 out of 10
I'm addicted to the Orange Chicken, but it can be hot or miss depending on what time you go, and who's working. The one I go to, is very clean, and for the most part, everyone is very nice, and I'm a regular in there now, so, they know what dish I'm getting-the Orange Chicken and make it saucy!
Noodles were old, chicken was dry. Cashier was to busy to answer questions. She just wanted the money.
My first time here. No complaints with service or price.
However they didn't have chicken and broccoli at the time I was ready to order.
But I'll be back.
It was ok chinese. It was my first time at a Panda. Theres a good selection and the menu is easy to understand. It was only $25/2 people.
Got a teriyaki chicken and Walmart shrimp, they told me that the sauce comes in packet as I wanted it on the side, got home, no sauce anywhere in the bag. Chicken teriyaki and NO SAUCE! Great job, had many employees in there just laughing and giggling around. Called as soon as I found no sauce, message was “ sorry, no one is available to take your call “ SERIOUSLY! Do your job!
Edit - Went again and the service was good. The drive thru attendant was great. Thanks and keep up the work. FYI they did put the teriyaki sauce in the bag.
