Panera Bread

Very disappointed! We don't usually eat here but thought we'd give it a shot. My husband ordered a grilled cheese with tomato and bacon, a cup of Mac and cheese and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. Nowhere did the menu mention sun-dried tomatoes! Sandwich was not good! And everything came with a side. He didn't want a side with anything but instead we walked out with a bag full of 3 servings of bread and an apple. I ordered a Thai chicken salad but asked what was in it first because I am on a special diet. The woman failed to mention the carrots and beans so I sat and had to dissect the salad before eating it. The cup of broccoli cheese soup I got was good, just not hot enough. The lunch was $50! That's crazy! Never again will we be going back.

Had a family come in with bags from Wendy's and sit down inside, very backward and sad at the same time.

Service was slow and when our order was delivered to us 2 bakery items were missing. The server told us to go to the front cashier to get a replacement since they were out. I then waited 20 mins (while my food got cold) to talk to a manager/cashier about a substitute bakery item to only have her walk away after helping another customer. At this point I returned to eat my cold meal while my significant other went inside to try and rectify the situation. She spoke to a manager who apologized for the situation due to under-staffing. She took our receipt and said she would refund the entire order due to the issues. Today I checked my credit card account and the full amount was charged to my account and no refund was given.

Kiosks went down. All orders were lost. Staff was aware of the situation, but never went to find the orders that didn't go through. We were told by customers sitting near us. Poor customer service. Definitely won't return to this location.

I ordered a pick 2 a half Greek salad there was only onions no feta cheese no black olives I got the broccoli and cheese soup and it was very watery and had a burnt flavor to it. I have never had any issues when eating here but today was horrible experience.

Highly recommended. Sometimes they run out of some soups and salads at certain hours but still friendly staff.

Smidge pricey, but the selection is outstanding and the bread is delicious. The employees are super nice too:)

It's Panera. It's good. Always out of bread bowl at the end of the night though. I ordered one online and it never told me they were out and when I picked it up all they did was added a bunch of success of sour dough.

Ordered online and made the mistake of not checking the food. I had missing items and found plastic in my broccoli and cheddar soup. When I called and complained, the manager did not sound concerned and offered me a free meal in the future. I just found plastic in my food. I wanted my money back not a free meal. I never intended to eat at this Panera again.

My favorite employee Colleen Boggs always has a smile on her face and works with a happy heart. Honestly she makes my experience at the Wyomissing Panera 10x better. Thank you for hiring such an amazing worker. God bless you and keep you safe

They have a Greek Godess Chicken Salad that is terrific beyond words with mixed greens, avocado, eggs and a really good dresssing with even more goodies with bread or an apple for a sweet touch.

Always really good soup and bread. Love the kiosks but some work needed to ensure orders are delivered complete. All in all, great food and good service.

The experience here was just awful. Used the self checkout and ordered stuff that they didn't have and instead of asking what I would like to replace these items they just chose. Messed up on the order and when it was sent back I was missing half my food. One good thing as that they were short one pastry and let me choose what I would like but wasn't able to do for my other stuff. Maybe it was new people working or they were just in a hurry.

A great location and good service. I've been to many Panera stores, but I am partial to this one. Quality food, clean space and qualified staff. I've never had a bad experience here.

My girlfriend and I had a late lunch. Tomato soup good as always. Chicken fontega panini also yummy. Had to wait for a table. Very crowded but it was Saturday.

1st attempt to order on the kiosk resulted in the app closing out.second attempt the kiosk would not take any card or Samsung pay.ordered at the counter to find out "we are out of bread" from someone who clearly wasnt in interested in working.

Food was served quickly and correctly, but table was dirty, chair was sticky and the floor was a mess.

Like all Panera's, overpriced, choppy ordering system, often resulting in a long line. But, the food is not too bad.

Panera Bread was good but the fact that I ordered on one of the kiosks and yet waited for thirty minutes without food made was disappointing. But the manager fixed it us for us and made sure that we got our food. He gave us two free cookies, thanks for the excellent service. Also, the broccoli cheddar soup was really good

Panera keeps getting better! Quality, tasty food choices at a fare price and so dependable. My latest visit was a late lunch of Turkey chili and a mug of their perfect coffee.sooo good!
