Cafe Panera Bread reviews
20I ordered some hot chocolate and was just waiting for a friend but they told me to leave because I was just resting my eyes. Terrible service never coming here again.
This place used to be great, but my last visit in November was less than ideal. My food wasn't ready at my pickup time, no one was at the register when I got there so I just had to wait until the seemingly only employee finally called out my name. The food was mostly fine but the bread was clearly a day old, as it was hard and stale.
I visit this location frequently always hoping for better service. Every time my order is late, not ready, or wrong. There is never an apology or the desire to correct. It’s a shame that this location represents the Panera company at large.
Usually panera bread gets it right, not today! I ordered a pick two, soup & sandwich. The broccoli cheddar soup was like mac & cheese w/ broccoli added to it, not soup at all! The frontega chicken was ALL bread, very little meat & the cheese was cold. I was honestly shocked by this but didn't have time to return as I was on my lunch break. Very disappointed. It wasn't even crowded so really mo excuse for such poor execution
Food is good. Small hobbit like furniture bit I guess that's to be cute. The one caveat, I don't think it's appropriate to have uncovered food for pick up on the side during a COVID pandemic. It's just common sense to have it covered or kept away from other patrons.
There seems to be managerial problems at this Panera. Most of their kiosks do not have working credit card readers. My order came out wrong. There was a sign on the front counter that said there was a 30 to 40 minute wait for all orders. Seems like they are short-staffed. Perhaps they don't pay enough?
Be careful with this location: they forget to add ingredients or forget to add the bread to the order. Last thing that happened to me was that a warm bowl came with no black beans, corn and feta cheese (Baja bowl). I realized once I got to my work place and can’t go back. Check every item you buy before leaving!
This store is going to eventually disappear unless they change things. The only reason why I gave two stars is because the sauce on a sandwich was good. The baja bowl was a bust, it looks and tastes like a really bad taco bell item.not even a good item. The Half Greek Salad is depressing, enough said. This is the last time I am going to order from here. Here are the pictures:
The Baja Bowl was $10.49 and the salad was $9.88 before tax. You decide if these things are worth your money.
Terrible. I modified my frontega chicken panini and got the regular one and my Caesar salad w/chicken came with roasted turkey instead. I’ve worked at panera for 5+ years in the past and never seen anyone mess up this bad.
Yesterday I ordered my breakfast with an iced chocolate latte and it never came with my order. Today I ordered an iced chocolate latte and I received a hot coffee. I feel triggered now, bc how hard is it to get an iced drink correct? Tf!
I waited about 35 minutes to receive my food at this Panera Bread! For some reason everytime I go here the service SUCKS and takes forever to my food. There is no reason that Panera should take so long. EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT AND PANERA CORPORATE SHOULD TAKE A LOOK INTO THIS LOCATION AND WHIP IT INTO SHAPE!
The store was clean. The service was friendly. The tea tasted good (it's hard to make tea taste bad).
The usual amazing Panera!
Was on the go.
Friendly staff.
Take your baguette and enjoy life!
Very disorganized, not stocked with drinking straws, not as clean as it should have been. Ordered hot food that was barely warm by the time I got it.
The nicest and largest Panera I had been to, nicely renovated and plenty of seats between two floors. Of course given COVID and subsequent staffing issues, I understand why we waited about 30 minutes for our food but it still was quite awhile. The Chicken Chipotle sandwich was tasty but it was lacking in the filling of the sandwich (chicken, peppers, etc). Would definitely recommend this location specifically because it’s nicely finished, even if our overall experience wasn’t the best.
I have been ordering soup/chilli and baguettes from here for a while. Not always this location. But, today was the first time it was a bad experience. I ordered 3 bowls of chilli with 3 baguettes as my side. I received 1 baguette and 2 apples instead of the baguettes. Why not contact me instead of just deciding that an apple is a good substitute? Secondly my chilli arrived COLD! I don't expect it to be hot being as though I am ordering on door dash. But, it was barely room temperature and less than 10 minutes from the restaurant to my location.which means cold chilli is what you gave my door dasher. This is highly disappointing and I do not plan on ordering again if it is coming from this location.
The food was pretty good overall, but the wait time was terrible because it was very busy on a Sunday night.
Nice, clean outdoor tables. Some with an umbrella. Good place to have morning breakfast.
Only wish their menu mentioned that oatmeal with brown sugar contained walnuts. It would be a disaster if someone allergic ate it.
No one at the front to hand out online orders. Had to wait for someone from the back to come out and help. No spinach on my sandwich which I asked for, and is clearly stated on the receipt. No cheese in the French onion soup or croutons to go with it. Not even napkins or a spoon in the bag. This place is only open because it caters to college kids looking for a quick bite. Service and quality sucks.
The service is great. And, the food is good here. Especially, the soup, sandwiches, and the desserts.
