33Always a good place to stop for lunch. I love their Turkey Avocado Sandwiches. The have a variety of items on the menu for everyone in your party can enjoy.
I placed an order on the Panera Bread app today at 1: 09P. I received an email that the order arrived at my location at 1: 32P. NO ORDER was at my door! I called the S Morehall RD store in Malvern and spoke to a manager, Wayne. Wayne confirmed he sees the order and it was delivered.
To correct the situation. Wayne said he will contact Doordash to see where my order is. This DOES NOT fix the problem of me not having food that I paid for thru the app. Also, even if Doordash confirms the order, they can only confirm that it went to the wrong address. So is Doordash supposed to pick up the order from the wrong address and deliver it to me?
Wayne, continued to go back and forth on how he doesn't control Doordash versus trying to find a way to fix the fact that the food was never delivered and my card was charged. Wayne's recommendation to fix the problem was to drive to his location and he will fix us some new food. What kind of customer service is this? I love Panera Bread and all I wanted to accomplish today was to have my food delivered.
WAYNE! THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE! I DO NOT recommend purchasing food from this location if you are into a customer centric environment.
Future reference. Wayne this could've been easily resolved by simply saying. I will work with Doordash on the back end to see what happened and get your order back out to you.
Panera Bread always makes me happy. The food is so comforting and I’ve never had any problems. Except I don’t understand why they do not cover their cups, I believe other fast food places have been placing stickers over that tiny hole where the straw goes. It just makes me nervous with people handling my food. And it just doesn’t make sense why they do it over the food but not the drinks.
The kiosk wouldn’t work correctly so I asked for help at the counter. I had to tell the person the order, which wasn’t put in correctly because the total was nearly $50 when it should have been $28. It was extremely frustrating because the person would not do anything to fix it. Just said well, that’s the total. Ugh! I haven’t been to Panera for some time and thought I would try it again but UGH. Not much has changed.
There is nothing worse than having a tag in your food, getting chicken in your vegetarian order, calling to speak with a manager, having none available. This isn’t the first time or second time we’ve had an inaccurate order, but this has been the worst.
I've been here several time and the order is either wrong or you get to the window and you have to change what you ordered because they don't have it or they can't "get to it". I would recommend taking the extra 10 minutes and just going to Wegmans.
Had a question the manager got an answer immediately and my food and delivery experience were top notch!
This has to be one of the slowest Panera's around. Either the service is super slow, they are out of items our BOTH. So much so that this one is 2 miles from me but I usually travel alot further to the one in gateway shopping center or Exton.
There was fruit fly on the orange scones and sales girl did not bother to do anything about. Very disappointing. She still sold it to me

Worst managed Panera I have ever been to in my life, and my family has finally had enough after numerous terrible experiences. Our drive-through & delivery orders are never right, and they are often out of half of the menu (doesn't matter what time we go). Love this chain, but this location is incredibly horrible.
I went to this place at 8pm with 2 kids. The place was literally empty, meaning it is not like they could use being busy as an excuse. All 3 of us ordered frontega panini chicken sandwiches. After 20 minutes wait they served us ice cold panini sandwiches.
The food is good, but you guys have to get your delivery system down. Waiting almost 2 hrs for delivery is a little ridiculous. Then when I went to respond to email for rating it directed me right back to the screen that said " it was still slicing and dicing". Everything had already been delivered by that point. If you can get the kinks worked out of the food delivery service I would rate you a 5 star.
Food quality is starting to lack. Usually the sandwiches are well put together but lately they seem to be rushed. The sandwiches are not super toasted and the condiments are all over the place. This restaurant is insanely busy during noon time. Please take your time and quality check the food as its being made, I don't mind waiting for quality foods.
Panera Bread is a place where you can get coffee, various types of tea, and also water. Some people come here for the bread, and some people come here for the meals, and the selection of soups will vary from time to time. There's always plenty of room to find a good comfortable table or booth
Quite slow today. Some members of our party were done eating before others got their meal. Soup needs to be hot. It was barely even warm.
Awful. Salad was floating in water. Disgusting. Sticky water that soaked through box into bag and everything else was sticky and wet.
Paneras can be inconsistent. When their good they are very good. But they have a tendency to get orders wrong.
A great place for a quick soup and sandwich or an entree salad. Dependably good food. Fast and friendly service.
The most poorly managed Panera I have been to in 19 years. Small portions. Food has no flavor and is high in sodium. The managers are rude and lack competence.
