Panera Bread

Food is good, as expected. Service is not bad, but not really over the top either. Atmosphere is okay. Seems a more retail than a cool place to hang out. Guess it depends what they're going for. Overall solid location though! I go here regularly to grab a bite/drink and get some business done.

This place is so modern and great for a light lunch when you're hungry but don't want anything too heavy. I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich and the drinks are unlimited if it's a soda. Loved it.

Kind staff, bottomless coffee, great food. Panera is the perfect place to have a chat with a friend, get your homework done (WiFi and wall outlets), or grab a quick bite without having to pay tip.

The dining room smells like a garbage can and they didn't have any coffee made. This location is understaffed and very dirty.

Incredibly inedible food.chicken sandwich just warm, dry, over cooked in oil that should have been changed.awful, served on a cold burger bun, warm food on a cold bun, now there is a combination that truly will keep Chic Filet worried about Panera taking their business.and what is the flat bread pizza, the bread must have been baked yesterday, the sauce (unknown flavor) and meat put on and micro waved, served warm.what it that white stuff? Could not be recognized as food? Robotic A-I cashier who is yet to greet me or thank me.and what is that tip thing doing on the register? Tip for what.taking my order. Yuck please close because if you do it will be a community service.

It would be 0 stars if I could. Abby the manager is a joke, she’s extremely rude and degrades he staff. Amongst being labeled as the “manager” all she does is scream and yell at the employees for falling behind in work while she’s in the office doing nothing. Terrible manager, terrible experience as a customer due to experiencing her. I won’t support a place who allows it’s managers to act the way she does. 10/10 would go somewhere else to eat because of her.

The wait was ridiculous and the food was subpar Although the pricing wasn't bad considering our coffee drinks costs more than the sandwich and soup

What has happened to this place. Used to have nice sammies. Just so, so. Soup was luke warm, bordering on cold. My sandwich had one thin slice of chicken with a thin slice of cheese with a drizzle of BQ, three leaves of spinach, the flatbread was thicker than the makings. Left me a little flat.

Dinner tonight, but my biggest "shout-out" is that they don't run out of souffles early like sooooo many others! Way to manage your pars the night before. Cheers!

Maggie was helpful and friendly at the register. Food was ok. Traveling through the state and I have to say this is the filthiest Panera we have been at. Floors were sticky everywhere, women’s bathroom was disgusting, no paper towels to dry hands, toilets were scary dirty! This particular site also opened late. Are we not concerned anymore about cleanliness and appearance? I am scared to think what the kitchen is like! Probably won’t come to this Panera again.

The food was ready when I got there. I just had to pick it up and go. Great service. Highly recommend

You order at a counter and they give you a vibrator to let you know when your food is ready. You then leave your table to pick up your food and they have the audacity to place a tip jar on the counter. Like I'm going to tip someone that has me doing all the work that they should be doing. I won't be going to a Panera Bread in the future. Terrible experience.

This location is consistently underwhelming. Almost every to go or curbside order is wrong. The amount of times we have added or removed an item through their online platform, and it still be there or missing, is too high to count. The estimated times are also horribly wrong. We have waited well over 30 minutes from when they text stating the order is ready. Now, for dining in.came in with my family today per my child's request. The woman ringing us out seemed unsure of the options available for the kids meals (there are 4 listed on the board, but significantly more online). Okay, that's fine. Maybe she's new, not a problem. Then I got my order, opted for the apple as my side dish. The bottom was completely molded and nobody noticed. So not only did they give me a moldy apple, but I imagine it was sitting on top of another apple that 100% didn't get wiped down bc nobody noticed. Please Hummelstown location, please just pay more attention.

Yes we were at Panera Bread in Hershey today we actually got the new chicken sandwiches they got spicy and the regular chicken they were the worst chicken sandwiches I ever had in my life they were not tasty they were dry they had little very little lettuce very little sausage in them they were just a terrible terrible sandwich I'm sorry to say this some of your food is awesome that those new chicken sandwiches or trash

Always good food and nice employees. I had chicken salad and it was very good. Bread bowls are also a favorite.

Good food, quick service, and a delicious assortment of drinks. Touch screens made it easy to order and know what was available.
