Panera Bread

You enter an order in kiosk and go to back to wait for it to be ready. In my 2 visits, I am notified that my order is ready but they haven't even started it! I wanted a sliced loaf of sour dough bread. Since there wasn't anyone at the front counter, I had to enter my order in the kiosk and go to the back to wait. Within 4 mins, it says my order is ready. Great, right. I go to counter to pick it up.nothing there. Ok, they must be putting it in the bag. Nope. I am standing here with 4 other customers with dazed looks on their face. They were here before me. After more than 5 mins, I hear directions for my order being given to someone. This is the second time this has happened. My conclusion - The staff is falsifying the monitoring of how long it takes them to complete orders.

Easier to find than get into, this 'no one to take your order at the counter' bs is painful.food was the redeeming quality, after you finally got it

I had the BBQ chicken sandwich. It was all bread and definitely not like it was pictured. Mac and cheese was lukewarm.

This place has much better parking than the downtown but it's also limited spaces. It's Panera so you get what you expect to get and it's good. I wish I had time to sit down.

The staff told me all Panera locations in Philadelphia have their free Wi-Fi turned off by their corporate office from 11 AM to 2 PM! I have used free Wi-Fi in many Paneras all over the country and many other businesses all over the world, and I’ve never heard of a place that has free Wi-Fi turned off during certain hours! The Google description for Panera even says Panera is known for its free Wi-Fi, so shame on them for turning it off so people cannot have a productive work lunch!

This location was also out of to-go hot drink lids, had no toilet paper in the women’s restroom at 9 AM, and has no cups out so you can get your own drink— as the ordering screen tells you to do.

I like Eating there with my son. Their bread is fresh and their bowl are really good. Only complaint is the price I think they overcharge for what they offer

Good. Can't complain really. Bread can be a little over done sometimes.

So much of the items are always sold out. They're not very good at ordering enough of things or supply chains are actually an issue.

Disappointing to go experience. Took double the time it was supposed to (which over a quick lunch break is unacceptable. I wouldn't have ordered if I knew it would take that long). Then my half salad in the pick two was incredibly disappointing-barely any chicken and toppings and the dressing was way too sweet. For $7, I should've just gotten a grocery store salad.
The turkey BLT was good at least. Though bread is a bit thick for the filling.

Every time I go I be about the only costumer at the times the mfs always missing something all the time never putting stuff in, later today I came the white lady with the blue i don’t know if she a manger or “not” with that shirt but she wanna be smart give me 4 croutons idc if it was free or not the other days your team messed my stuff up it wasn’t free. So she can save her stuck up attitude for her mother idc tell her that. Then wanna say something as I’m walking away if you have enough balls say it to my face or wait until I completely leave. That’s not customer service when you get smart and mad at me cause you did something wrong! Just get a new job period if you don’t like it. …. Completely raggedy and effortless
And you give me 4 you prolly made my salad yourself like that I asked for full it was half she wanna do some more stuck up stuff like If I hurted her, you should be happy to fix a problem Idk if blue suppose to be an example.but I don’t think she a owner for reports

Food is always sloppy. Like not once or twice like every single time. It sucks because it looks like McDonald’s presentation ‍️

Terrible service! It took me 10 min to get a loaf of bread, and I was the only one in the line. Cost me $7.29, ridiculous!

Very disappointed. I realize it was Easter Sunday but Flatbread pizzas and the Caesar salad were sold out. I settled for a sandwich and soup.

Ordered a Margherita flatbread online. Was ready on time, but got home to a flatbread with only cheese & tomatoes on it. Absolutely zero basil. So disappointing not a Margherita without it. Money wasted, wasn’t good so I didn’t eat it. Beware & double check any order from this location before leaving.

While I love Panera. The service & quality here at the city ave location tends to be on pretty bad consistently. I order & don’t receive what I actually order. Or they substitute without asking me. Food has been burned & cold almost every time.

I seriously do not know how this Panera Bread location has achieved 4 stars. On Saturday, April 23rd I ordered a basic deli turkey sandwich for takeout. I waited for approximately 20 minutes. I asked if my order had been overlooked. The young lady in the preparation station ended her conversation and started to prepare my sandwich. A few minutes later she returns and says “we do not have any tomatoes for your sandwich”. I was so disappointed, and late for a meeting that I accepted the order. However, I was determined to write this review. I am staging a “personal protest” against this Panera location.
