Panera Bread

Haven't been here in quite some time. And apparently for good reasons! Only reason I went here is because I had $20.00 in gift cards. I thought, how expensive can lunch be? Well SUPER expensive! 2 drinks, 2 cups of soup (chicken noodle and onion soup), 2 grilled cheese (orange government cheese not even melted). You ready for this? Almost $40.00! The food was sub par also. Soggy sandwiches and greasy. Soup was mediocre at best. Plus the woman working the cash register had the personality of a dead tarantula! NOT personable at all! So next time you are offered a gift certificate from there, THINK TWICE!

Chicken Noodle Soup was basically only broth & they only gave me a little heal of bread. Worst meal ever had at Panera.

I do deliveries for uber, but this store is ALWAYS busy, and I've heard nothing but fantastic things about the food here. Really a nice restaurant!

I just love Panera Bread. It's always a wonderful experience dining there, the staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere is inviting. Would return again.

Food is never ready at the time it was advertised on the app. A full 30 minutes late. Had to leave without getting food to make a meeting.

The restaurant was busy but not full when I visited on 11/23/2022. I would likely visit again.

Food is consistently good, even though they forget to toast my bread on my sandwiches when I ask them to haha.

Food is ok but the wait time is insane. This specific location is so slow. Much better off going to Whitehall.
Only thing moving is online orders. Here is a suggestion, stop taken online orders till you get caught up. Help your customers that actually took to the time to show up first

This place gets slower and slower every time I come here. Good luck ordering from a person, you’ll wait at the register for someone to finally acknowledge you and when they do, they seem annoyed.

Not breaking any lunch time speed records at this location. Frequent customer and been this way a while and getting worse. Hopefully they boost staff levels as clearly there is a need. If it continues I'll have to mark this one off and go to other locations.

It's Panera bread. You know what you're going to get. Nothing too exciting but consistent.

Raw chicken sandwich. As my friend took a few bites, she felt the sandwich was off and there you have it. She called the store and reached the manager who was extremely rude and dismissive and her stomach is feeling off. This incident will be escalated. It's so raw, the chicken resembles sushi.

Food was good, unfortunately they ran out of liquid sugar and I had to remind them about the hot water for making tea was not hot, nor was there enough for make a cup of tea.
Notified staff about the rest room out of toilet tissue in two of the stalls.

A friend and I went to have coffee and conversation. Two women were sitting near us having a zoom meeting for a Mary Kay business. They were speaking so loud we had to move so we could hear each other speak. We told the management about the problem. We were told they couldn't say anything to these other customers. We won't be going back to this Panera.

Ordered a whole size chicken salad sandwich to go so I can get the pickle that comes with and they didn't give me the pickle. It was also mainly thick bread, a lot of greens and tomatoes and very little chicken salad. I was really craving the pickle so big disappointment. Only thing worth it anymore is their broccoli cheddar soup and even then they short you on the bowls not getting filled.
