Panera Bread

I"m a big fan of Panera but I think this location needs more help at the ordering counter. The Panera App on my phone does not show me details of what I ordered.

We eat here often. The food and service is good. The only thing that needs to be improved on is the frequency of the tables being wiped down. Pre-COVID I'd work in another Panera location regularly and they wiped the tables down often. I can say I don't see it frequently at this location. With all the colds, RSV, COVID etc.wiping the tables more is the bare minimum.

I placed a $70+ takeout order including seven dinner meals and came home to find out I was missing a sandwich. I called the location to inform them and asked how they could rectify the situation without having me drive back out to to them in the rain. The person took down my address and said they would send me a meal coupon. It has been over a month since that purchase. I never received the meal coupon.

Mac in cheese in bread bowl only filled half the bowl. Chicken sandwich mostly had sauce and barely any other ingredients. Bowl of soup was half full and just lukewarm. So am I literally just supposed to fill up on bread for over $30? Waste. This was my first time at this location and it has been the most disappointing location I’ve ever been to. Horrible.

How is this location out of avacodo and almost every soup they serve, clearly there's a management issue with order on time because the supply chain bit is old.

I don't understand I go there they out of bagels by 10: 00 am I don't understand this is all the time stay away staff and mangers are rude

Panera bread is one of my favorites place to eat. But it became a nightmare. The lady taking the others is total nasty and racist. She treats me with disrespect for my ethnicity. It’s too bad I didn’t take her name. I let that passed the first time but this morning she was absolutely rude. Like I was begging for food. I coming to get a service not treated like a garbage. UPDATE2: apparently, they fixed one kiosk.now they are UP to TWO kiosk out of five kiosk stations. Still not enough during busy times. And the person that supposed to be at the counter is often not there. Invest in a few additional kiosks and make sure somebody covers the counter. Seems they still have no idea about responsive customer service and are content with driving customers away.

Kiosks are frequently missing or inoperable - a situation that is recurring over weeks. As you can see from pictures, the middle Kiosk is missing, the first kiosk is unresponsive, and the third for me all the way to payment screen to tell me something went wrong.

Invest some money, fix the Kiosks, you are driving customers away! I’ll change this review once I see improvements to your self service which is currently frustrating and abysmal.

From the northeast of NJ to here, this Panera's is my favorite. What I order is always top notch.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Never bothering with this place again, (other locations may be better). It's a shame I used to love this place.
Where should I start?
The kiosk that are out of service, the lack of humans at the counter? Or the fact that they are constantly out of all kinds of stuff? Today was the epitome of my late experiences there. They had no salads available on their menu.who runs this establishment? It's also dirty and understaffed and yet their prices continue to increase. It is below mediocre! So long Panera's never returning. Don't waste your time or money in this location!

Always forget about Panera. Don't forget! It's always worth a half sandwich or even a cookie! Staff here is always polite and everything was great food wise.

The food is good and I enjoy it but why have curbside as an option if no one ever comes out to deliver the food? Leave it at rapid pick up in Cafe only if you're going to do that.
