Cafe Panera Bread reviews
3 If you can afford to eat here consider yourself privileged, just so wildly expensive
Their sip club is cool tho and now that I have it I utilize it as my "free" daily caffeine
However I still have to go somewhere else to get food, so it's not like I get to enjoy Panera in full, they have a caffeine subscription and that's about it. Eating healthy food is only accessible to those who can afford it.
Today I came to Boulevard of the Allies spot of Panera as usual for my lunch then there was slightly misunderstanding after I placed order. They put the wrong bread instead tomato basil bread. But employees, environment, even customers are so genuinely engaging with each others. And one of the employee brought me this package while eating my sandwich. He prepared the same order with tomato basil bread. And he apologized and gave it to me. I felt embarrassed for a moment on the other hand I glad to pick this spot for having my lunch. They created family atmosphere behind of the country and with the every each customer. I love that! I wanna say thank you one more time! Thanks for making my day happy!
They will cancel your order and not tell you while making literally dozens of other orders all around you. You dont matter. Apparently, that's corporates decision so I'm giving a review so corporate gets the picture. Used to spend $50 a month on panera food - no more. I'm on my lunchbreak, I give you an hour to make my food and order in advance but you decide my money and my time don't matter and cancel without telling me so now I'm working on an empty stomach. Never ordering online again from them. I get there's nothing the manager can do, but to walk in and see 3 people doing nothing only to have the app tell me they're too busy makes no sense. I mean, if you were that slow, why couldn't you complete my order in 1 hour? Why do dozens of other people matter but not me? Confused as hell over here.
