Panera Bread

I'm very disappointed as a sip club member that the best teas are now unaccessible due to the irresponsibility that one person had on themselves. What about diabetics w/ the sugared soda.they could drink too much coke and go into a diabetic coma? How about a person w/ celiac disease and fails to follow their diet restrictions and they land themselves in the ER? When will people take ownership of their unaccountability of themselves and not cause places such as now Panera needlessly make the rest of us pay the penalty for it.
And by the way, most often anymore every visit lately, they are out of several food items.baguettes, lettuce for salads etc

I ordered carry out 1/2 dozen bagels, and she cut them without asking me, and they weren't even sliced straight.one side very thin and the other very thick, and lopsided!
Please tell your employees to ASK first. Not everyone is using them right away!

There was a rock in my turkey chili, I brought it up to management who acknowledged it by saying they were going to talk to their distributors, but there was no apology. We didn't make a big deal about getting our order wrong, but crunching down on a ROCK, and not even getting an apology just the offer of a voucher was awful. As if I was just after a free meal, why would I want to eat there again if there are rocks in your food and you can't get an order right?

Ready clean restaurant very catering staff the food was excellent and this was my first time eating at Panera bread

Had a pickup order through drive through…waited for over 5 minutes. Went inside, nobody at the counter, waited for over 5 minutes. Person cleaning the tables just ignored me. Went back to my car and drove right up to the window when I was scolded by the young blond girl at the window was told DON’T do that next time! I did not get the spoon to eat my soup, everything was cold and my bread was soggy with water or something (disgusting) I just threw my food away at that point. Worse service I ever had. Will never be back…not the Panera cares. It a wonder why Panera is having financial difficulties. You can’t treat your shrinking customer base that way.

I ordered online for drive thru pick-up so I wouldn’t need to take my sleeping child out of the car. My order originally said it would be ready around 6: 14 then showed it was running late, then was ready at 6: 18. I got in line at 6: 19, got to the speaker at 6: 21 (there was another car ahead of me at the speaker), and at 6: 49, I gave up and had to wake my sleeping child and go in. There was and has been only one car in front of me the entire time and that person was not told to move forward or anything even though my car and the one behind me had “ready” pick-up orders. So now I got cold food since it sat so long while “ready” since I couldn’t get to the window. I spoke to the manager at pick-up who got me my food, and I was only offered that it could be remade all while pointing out how busy they were and how long that would take. So I could either take cold food and reheat it or wait even longer and make everyone else wait longer (and clearly the pick-up area was filled with impatient people who appeared to be waiting for some time, so I wasn’t going to make it worse for anyone else).

Waited in line over 15 minutes and payed over $20 for two watered down smoothies and a bowl of soup. We didn’t receive an apology or anything else for the wait time. Definitely will never return to this location

As usual, the food was good. The only negative was slow service. Like so many places today, it seemed to be a staffing problem i.e, just not enough workers.

It just happened that we arrived on a Saturday when the lunch service was extra busy since several soccer teams arrived to the restaurant at the same time. We still placed our order via the app and found a table while we waited.

While I observed the staff feverishly working to meet the demands of so many people, I was VERY impressed with the Team Manager, MIRANDA PETERMAN. She kept a smile on her face and kindly responded to the many questions and complaints that were sent her way. I wish I had been able to see all the name tags of her team. They were incredible! I know the cue had at least 50+ orders listed, and the team were putting them out quickly. Well done!

Great place to come and knock out some remote work related tasks. There is a limited number of power outlets for table dining. The Bar has plenty of outlets.

Food is good, come here often when I need to work remote.

The new mustard is awful. It's not even really mustard. It's like mayonnaise, horseradish, and some mustard seeds. NASTY!

Love how the bread store is out of bread. Oh and everything else. Wonderful not an employee on sight.

First time in this new store, blown away. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Food was delicious, clean and presentation was perfect. The whole store was set up so nice and clean! Highly recommend.

Again ordered on the app and arrived a few minutes later and my meal was ready and waiting on me.

I ordered breakfast for my kids and I and the lovely lady at the drive thru gave my Chance boy a nice pup cup of whipped cream. Nice treat before his surgery tomorrow (He waited very patiently until we got to the window)

My husband’s first time at Panera and he was impressed! Good food, good atmosphere. Mary was terrific! She was super friendly, gave suggestions on what to try and she made sure we were enjoying our time there. We certainly did and highly recommend stopping in for a quick bite. Will return again even though we are 2 hours away. Thanks Mary!

Clean inside and prompt service, but not the best Panera experience. The brioche egg and cheese sandwich had a really stale roll and the coffee might have been the thinnest cup of coffee in my entire life. It was tasteless brown water. Panera was never one for strong coffee but this was ridiculous cutting a corner so bad that it makes the product unidentifiable.
