Cafe Panera Bread reviews
27Went to get breakfast before lacrosse tournament, orders took forever and it was not all that busy. Egg barely cooked on sandwich, yolk ran out into box and coffee (latte) was terrible. Poor service and food quality. Awful.
About a week ago I had placed an online order for delivery. I had stated to leave the food on my bench on my porch and send a text. We'll, I got the text but lo and behold, no food. I try to contact the driver but no response so I call the store. Upon calling, a woman answered, not stating her name. She claimed the driver had delivered the food to my address and left it on the bench, despite me literally standing on my porch, looking at said bench and nothing was there. The woman started describing how to get to my house? Reading street names and such, she was correct but that didn't fix the fact that my food was still missing. She tells me the driver would come back around and bring my food to me. No apology. An hour passes, my food is still not here. I call again and a woman who does not give me her name (I imagine the same woman as earlier) answers the phone and immediately puts me on hold when I tell her why I'm calling. I'm left on hold for about 5 minutes before a different woman picks up, asking me, "what do you want? " I repeat myself for her, give her the name on the order and ask what is happening. She says that it's out for delivery and promptly hangs up. Again, no apology. Another hour passes by and I haven't gotten a call or a text to let me know if my food is here or not. I go check my porch, there it is, sitting there for who knows how long. I am quite frankly shocked at how rudely I was treated by the staff at this location due to their own errors and never once received any kind of apology. The order was 100% accurate and the food was delicious, (and I'm sure mine is an uncommon case) but due to the staffs unnecessary rudeness to me, I will never eat at Panera again.
Bad service is when you’re the only car in the drive-thru, no one is eating inside, and you order soup & bread and they forget the bread. How hard is it to remember two items?
There were issues regarding multiple charges for the same order on my credit card. I believe the manager/associate’s name was Scott who worked with me to resolve the issue. Very professional with more than satisfactory results.
This was one of the better experiences I have had at a panera. We got the new Mediterranean bowl, a mac and cheese and the frontego chicken panini and they were all fresh and tasted delicious. We went through the drive through and although the line was long it moved relatively quickly.
Allways good the only thing i always complain it's the fact that they only serve you not much of broccoli cheddar soup it's never all away up is less the half when is to go they put more on the bowl but when is inside is not that much also the price expensive but so far everything its fine
Chicken soup with baguette is delicious. Coffee is good. Quieter than Starbucks. I was able to get a lot of computer work done here.
Management is horrible here. I worked here for about 8 months and i have never been treated so horribly. A good amount of the employees put in their bare minimum of effort. I picked up after the slack and never got appriecated for the work ive done. On top of that the managers were hurtful and always making the workplace hostile. They have no respect towards their employees or customers. In my opinion since ive left, i will never eat there again and fully do not support this store what so ever.
This place is terrible. I ordered the turkey avocado blt and they forgot the turkey. Worst part is that the half sandwich cost 7.09 and had hardly anything on it. I went through the drive thru so there was no easy way to fix it since I didn't open the sandwich until I got home and it took 25 minutes in the drive thru in the first place to get this terrible sandwich. I would avoid this location at all costs.
I like this location. But I have to say as far as Panera "corporate" I can't stand the sandwich and salad in a box when you take it to go. I preferred the old clamshell containers and wax paper for sandwiches. Also there is always someone checking the bags unnecessarily. I wanted to grab my bag and dart out to go back to work and a manager popped up out of nowhere (I assume she had to step away for a short time) and said wait I have to check your bag. Short of opening the salad box what are you going to do that I can't? It's annoying. They have utensils out if the person forgot. Give me a break
Good healthy food, excellent coffee. A bit expensive. Once in a while I go for breakfast or lunch.
Feels like home every time. The staff remembers who you are and what you like. They are always smiling and willing to help.
Food is good service is bad. "Anything else" "anything else" "anything else"
Quick and easy to order, plenty of options, good was brought right to our table and had a good first time experience there with my mother
Panera is sooo good. Awesome comfort food, casual food, or something healthy. Also great pastries, like bagels, muffins, and croissants. Definitely get the Mac and cheese, it's super filling but it's the best Mac and cheese around.
My last few visits have been disappointing. The one before last there was a hair entangled with the cheese in my french onion soup. This last one, today, took at least fifteen minutes for my order. Usually things are smooth and quick at this location.
I used to think you couldn't come here for a quick bite, but it's service has really ramped up. Still the quality food you pay for but at a much quicker pace. I really like coming here and now I use the app so it makes it even faster!
Apparently keeping bagels, bananas and condiments in supply is a hard task over here. It's been multiple times now without bananas. And whoever didn't think to just go buy some condiments so you didn't have to go the rest of the day without them. That's puzzling.
So I guess this Panera bread location is too good to offer the veterans day breakfast sandwich. Not that disappointed though considering the tiny piece of meat and cheese they give you anyways.
Good location, usually nice service. Noticed there's a film on the inside of their large iced tea containers as if they havent been cleaned in a long time. In Drive thru I was given spoiled lemonade and had to go back. Also often get dirty silverware when I eat in at this Panera. Not the cleanest but the service is friendly and food is good.
