The sales process at Paoli Ford was quick, simple, and easy. Hayden communicated with me through the entire process. The staff including “the Shark” were very nice and helpful. They truly are the hometown dealership.

Looking for a used car. I was happy to find a good car quickly. Hayden helped us. He made the entire process easy with no pressure. He supplied us with all the info we needed quickly.

I went to the dealership to buy a specific used truck but it was sold. We started to talk about buying a new truck. I told the sales associate that my budget is below $$K for a new truck. The price offered was higher than what we wanted to pay for the truck we liked.so we walked out of the dealership. Later, I received a call from the dealership saying that they have located a new truck that would be with in my budget. I couldn't get back right away. In the mean time, I received a price alert from Paoliford.com that the price of the same truck I was trying to get two days earlier was reduced. I verified the price online, printed it, and took it to the dealership. To my surprise, as soon as I showed interest, the online price was increased by $2K, so the dealership's listed online price wasn't valid anymore. The manager's excuse was that "the software they were using increased the price by $2K more than what was advertised" and refused to honor the price! So here is Paoli Ford's reputation! I like supporting local business but this is not a good business practice and was a totally awkward experience! I know the sales tricks but I trusted Paoli Ford's reputation and why would i go elsewhere when I can buy it from my local dealership? I ended up buying the truck but didn't like how I was tricked by the promise of one price online and how they increased the price, blaming the software! If your software made a pricing error somehow for the specific truck I wanted to buy, you should penalize the software vendor, not me. Please be honest and be trustworthy being a local business with 100 years of reputation! I am looking to upgrade my wife's car but I can't trust your prices any more!

We were shopping for a large SUV for a family of near giants. The Ford Expedition EL is where we landed at Paoli Ford. Hayden and the sales team were absolutely fantastic. They had a fair price and were honest and direct the entire time. NO shenanigans whatsoever. In fact, Hayden was polite, professional and funny. It was a wonderful buying experience, and we love the car. This experience restored my hope in car salesmen. So, if you want to be treated with respect and consideration - and you want a car - the team at Paoli Ford is a five star option.

I purchased my 2021 Ford Explorer XLT yesterday at Paoli Ford. It is my third Explorer and the third vehicle I have purchased at Paoli Ford. The vehicle is outstanding. It has all the power, safety and luxury I need. Bob Gillespie was my Sales Consultant and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. He made the process easy. Jake Kauriger was my New Car Sales Manager. He found excellent rates for financing, assisted with rebates and gave me a fair trade on my used vehicle. Terrance Paul was my Finance Manager. He explained everything about my contract detail by detail. My cars have always been serviced at Paoli Ford. Overall I feel well supported by their wonderful team

Just purchased a used vehicle for my son and our sales person was Robert Heim. I have purchased cars over the years and this was the easiest purchase for a vehicle I have ever had. Bob was great to deal with and would recommend him to my friends and family!

I had a great experience getting my car serviced. The service manager Danny Hammel was by the the best person I had the pleasure dealing with at car dealership. Danny went the extra mile for me. I am recommending all my family and friends to go see him.

My Fiance & I went into Paoli Ford looking for a Vehicle we found online. Lex Mellon was the 1st person we spoke to. She greeted us & was Very Polite! She was very informative about the Car & even suggested a place to have Lunch while we waited for the car to be detailed! We've heard horror stories about being at a Dealership all day but this experience was Anything but! I'd Definitely shop here again!

Amazing service dept. I was visiting from NC and on 12/30/19 in the evening my water pump gave out. My vehicle was towed to Paoli Ford and Doug S.in service was able to repair my vehicle the next day (New Years Eve, last day of the year) and get me back on the road so I could head home. I know he was extremely busy that day, but he somehow found the time to get my vehicle repaired! Thanks Doug for the great service.

Brian Valdiserri recently helped me with getting into a new vehicle. He has worked with me for a good while, to help resolve the issues with my old vehicle, and to make sure that I got the vehicle that I truly wanted. He did an amazing job, solved all of my issues, and got me into the exact vehicle I wanted, with a price tag that worked well for me. Tremendous consultative sales effort on his part. He truly earned my business, and my sincere respect!

We saw this greatly priced, 2012 Acura Tsx with only 66k miles on it on their website. I met with Lex and we left same day with the car. I am so happy with the customer service here I couldnt ask for a better experience or management team:)

Had a great experience buying a Ford Ranger at Paoli Ford. Bob Gillespie was amazing to work with! I had found a used truck on line and when I got to the dealership, Bob knew everything about it even though it had just come in the day before. Bob gave me a great deal on it and had it cleaned perfectly! I was so excited to pick it up and love everything about this truck! I will definitely buy from this dealership again and request Bob!

I am extremely satisfied with the servicing and maintenance team. I had three cars regularly serviced over the last 5 years and never had complaints. The staff is very friendly, diligent and will check back with you before taking any action.
With the sales team I had not been that satisfied. Did not listen to what I wanted, gave me incorrect information, ran my credit when I did not want to and I ended up doing one of my deals somewhere else.

UPDATE 12/31/2019 - very different experience.
Thank you to the Paoli Ford team and esp. Wendy and Brian to chaperone us through the car buying process. I never felt pressured, all my questions and wishes were addressed, options presented were always in accordance with the parameters I set and the overall communication was very pleasant.
I am very happy with the outcome and guidance received. Would do this again in the same way.
