Papa Johns Pizza

How hard is it to just leave the food at the door after I specifically say to not knock or ring the bell. Thanks for waking up my child and not letting me have a break for 10 min. Such a joke

Do you like onions? Cause if you order extra cheese, mushrooms, pepperoni, salami and onions in your papa bowl I can guarantee you will have all the onions you can eat. Other toppings not so much. To be fair, I've had much better papa bowls than the one I got tonight but holy Hanna the onions overpowered everything else tonight!

Completely messed up my order and to top it off i called the so called management and they hung up on me twice after refusing to correct order she proceeded to use foul language on me! Can some one at a corporate level please contact me. NICE TO KNOW PAPAJHONS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS JUST LOOK AT ALL THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS AND NO ONE DOES ANYTHING ABOUT IT!

Pizza showed delivered but I never got it. Driver never even called. I called the store and they told me I’d have to wait at least another hour for them to send another one out after already waiting an hour. This is the 3rd time this has happened and they have never even bothered to do anything for the inconvenience. I will never order from here again and recommend you avoid this place

Hit or miss. Sometimes it's really okay, other times it's virtually unable to be eaten. I have kids and there aren't a ton of options. This time I don't know what happened. We won't eat this as leftovers we can't. Maybe it will be better next time?

I have always had nothing but amazing experiences here. The people are so nice, and the pizza is always made super quick and is always very consistently good. Our go to spot when we want a quick and easy pizza!

I had to constantly repeat my order numerous of times. When it came down to my card number I had to repeated that 2 times in order for him to get it right. Once he had everything correct he said it didn't take my card and put me on hold. The manager answered and I asked if I could speak with her instead of the guy. She asked me for my card number I gave it to her and when it came to the zip code she said I never heard of that zip I told her yeah I just moved here from Kentucky. Now im frustrated and just told them to cancel the whole order. I told my husband about it he was going to door dash it and something told me to check the reviews and I hurried up and told my husband do not order because they have too many bad reviews

I actually have pictures of the 3 pizzas that were all burnt and were unevenly cooked. The evening manager said that she couldn't do anything about it. It's the last time I order from here.

Could not order on app so called the store & was told in a cold unapologetic way that they are not taking any more orders cause they are too busy…. Really?

The delivery dude, Zion was absolutely amazing and helpful, however the pizza itself was extremely thin on one side and completely fell apart while the other side was extremely thick and raw

Actually one star is too high of a rating. I ordered pizzas for the retirement community I work at. I had to repeat my phone number 3 times and address. They took my order finally and gave me a total. When they did not show up, I called them and was told that they don't deliver in our area even though it's a 9 minute drive time and they had delivered a few weeks before. No one called to say they arent delivering. I had to call them. I was put on hold and hung up on. I was told I could speak to the GM to find out she was not in for two days. What a disaster this place is. Poorly managed! Thank goodness Dominoes help us out. I will say I will never order from Paoa Johs or recommend them to anyone.

Overpriced. I was told a completely different total when I called compared to the total given when I picked up the pizza.
First time ever calling for pickup at this location and we will never do it again. We prefer supporting American owned businesses anyhow.

So disappointing the pizza were cold, I didn't get my soda, and 1 of my pizza don't have the ingredients I ask for.

Staff is so unprofessional! The guy I was trying to place an order with got loud and argumentative with me when I was asking about there specials! He seemed like he didn’t want to take orders over the phone kept telling me orders must be placed online and there’s nothing he can do. Unfortunately I’ll never give my business to that place again!

It wasn't the best Papa John's pizza I've ever had, but it was far from the worst as well. A good middle ground pizza place.

Terrible Service Called the manager twice told me my order was next to be delivered then my order takes over 4 hours to be delivered. They blame it on short of staff when I here yelling and talking in the background. Absolutely Awful.

First off the little girl answering the phone this evening was extremely rude and unprofessional as well as the boy yelling in the background, when someone calls and complains on how the quality of food is you absolutely don’t accuse the customer of lying and still giving a hard time when a person says they want a well done pizza it doesn’t mean burnt that you can’t even eat it let alone get the so called “slices” that weren’t even cut literally had to pick it apart customer service skills seem to be a problem at this location I will never order from here again quality of food is absolutely terrible too.

Over an hour and a half for a delivery. They had to get door dash to deliver because the only driver they had today did not come into work. I had to call more than once to figure out what's going on.
