Papa Johns Pizza

Second time in 2 months (only 2 times I ever ordered here) ordered at 845. Open til 10. Canceled my order both times. Awesome experience! Great job Papa Johns.

Don’t order from this place. They will be out of items and still charge you and lie to you sayin they reverse the charge. I will be calling corporate

Please be careful especially older people when ordering on app or at all with a debit card, they will steal your money. They will say you never ordered but obviously took your money luckily I order on the app and it shows that I ordered and how much the total was. They go in and charge your card twice and pocket the money from the register, or I can imagine if you order over the phone what they do with your debit information. A manager was suppose to call me back yesterday never did, I’m in the middle of disputing the charges from my card hopefully I get my $32 back. Im trying to report this place to higher ups so they don’t keep doing this. And it’s not even just about how they steal your money the whole place is full of scumbag creeps… so sad what this place came of… when I was little I would always get food from here with my grandparents.

Waited hours for my order and it never came. The crew working Saturday night on 6/3/23completely ignored my order. Poor excuse of a pizza shop. Go somewhere else.

This Papa Johns is always on point. The pizza is delicious and always ready quickly and accurately. The staff is friendly. We have never had a bad experience.

Lazy cooks, inedible cooking. Everything pumped full of grease and oil. Items prepared wrong. My delivery order's Chicken Alfredo Bowl was not only prepared incorrectly and pumped full of oil and grease, but it was also pumped full of huge onion slices. Was your staff not trained in the basics such as how to cut onions?

Good was horrible. Majority of cheese pizza didn't have sauce on it. Wings must had sauce drizzled on them not tossed in sauce. Only good dish was the chicken parm bites. Cashier was really nice. Atmosphere was kinda shady. I mean it was 130am.but it was about 4 or 5 men behind the cooking area. & Even tho he wasn't smoking another guy was walking around with an unlit cigarette in his mouth. They were about to close but I was still waiting for my food. I just thought it was unprofessional. Unfortunately my son ate the last of the chicken parm bites. So I don't have any pics of those cuz they were really good. (Btw. I didn't ask for thin crust)

Just spent around 70 dollars for 2 large pizzas and order of bread sticks my family ate one slice each. Pizza was too soft like under cooked delivery was fast though sorry guys won't be wasting money here used to be good

I had a a wonderful experience with the staff working the evening of February 4 2023. They were so nice and got me my order in a timely manner. Thank you for wonderful pizza Papa Johns. Bless.

I like this Papa Johns. Doordashing here is quick and painless. Guys working here are nice. Just wish the upper management cared more. The soda options are slim pickings!

I ordered a 10 inch pizza, 6 wings, and 2 liter Pepsi, and had it sent for delivery. It was said to be delivered to my house for seventeen minutes—after it’s intended time—nothing was there, even though it said, it was already delivered. It finally shows up, I thanked the driver for delivering it, and I got my pizza—okay. The pizza is alright, but the wings taste awful! For $9.00 you get six wings that are worse, than 3 very large wings, the size of your hand mind you, for $6.00-I ordered at a three star Chinese restaurant! And I walked 2.1 miles in 24 degree weather, with a 20 degree wind chill factor—and it was still hot and tasty when I got home! These wings from Papa Johns are cold, stupidly messy, and tiny! You make decent pizza, I’ll give that—but your wings need some serious work! I ate two, I’m saving the rest for my brother to eat—absolutely terrible, and never again!

I went to this location a few weeks back.ive only ate from them a few times.their pizza is alright, its not bad at all.but the last time i went there.there seems to be mostly younger folks working there who tends to play atound alot.i ended up missing my bus for the young lady forgot to give us our pizza.overall its an ok place to get pizza.

Lol not the best around sorry guys. Too nonchalant for a place that's pushing better quality food and ingredients but the person can't be bothered to be more professional:/ where is the other guy?

We tried the vegetable bowl And my keto wife loved It So I will have to try again soon if that's what it takes to get her to eat vegetables

Pizza is disgusting! Pizza was extremely doughy like it wasn’t cooked throughly! I Had to put the pizza in the oven n cook it some more myself! So disappointed I wasted my money here! Never again will I ordered from whatever this is!

Horrible! Oh and a national chain and the don't take American Express.spent 10 min on the phone before someone mentioned it. Pizza was cold. Never again.

Service here is usually quick and the staff is usually friendly. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is for the occasional instances I have to wait.

Can't get right always messing up your order or giving it away to someone else and Hispanic girl in the front is a liar and rude

Waited almost two hours for two pizzas which I am now going to pick up myself because it’s 10 at night and my kids still haven’t eaten dinner. Couldn’t remember why I stopped ordering from them and this is exactly it. If you can’t handle delivery then don’t offer it.

I would have given zero stars if it would have let me. They refused to honor they're coupon. Kate who said she was the manager said coupon ended at midnight last night. Asked her to contact her boss but she refused.
