Papa Johns Pizza

After a 2 hour wait for delivery, I personally had to go to the restaurant and find out where my order was.when I got there I received nothing but attitude, absolutely worst experience ever

That pizza slanging dude in there today really knocked it out of the park. 3pm 9/10/23. Oh yeah and the other lady hooked up some sauces that were on point. But all the credit goes to "that pizza slanging dude" (as I know him).

I ordered an NY style pizza. The entire pizza was dried up. Don"t know if it was the cook or the delivery person. I was very disappointed!

It was severely understaffed. I felt bad for the people working there. They were very polite, even though I had to cancel my order.

Never a disappointment with their food! Always fast, friendly service! The store is always clean as well. Will definitely be back!

I ordered six cheese cheesesticks that were wrong. They were not only regular cheese, it looked like a pizza. The bacon pizza was also terrible in quality. I saw many new people there which is fine, but maybe more training is needed. Also, i didnt see food certifications up, so again, training! It may be better ingredients but is not better pizza.

I came here but you had to order, I was peace but I order a box of papas jonhs cost like 7.99 what!

This time, I requested delivery at 4: 15, the driver arrived at 3: 48, and this was after arguing with her on the phone for 5+ minutes, as they apparently couldn't find my home. I explained I have had deliveries here for years, and she proceeded to tell me they do no deliver this far, and that she has been delivering for 25 years with Papa Johns. I advised her I will not argue, and will state facts: Papa Johns has delivered to my home MANY times over the past few years, let alone past few months. Then while standing on my porch waiting, the driver is asking what roads to turn on, and I tried to advise them as best as I could with directions. They said they were on my street, and I asked what color their car was. She said Red. I said ok, do you see the black honda civic in front of you, they proceed to say, I am the honda. Guess they are color blind?

I called in and spoke to a "manager" who once I asked to speak to a manager, and she claimed she was, I had to ask her name, as she didn't even answer the phone politely. I proceeded to explain my discontent, of which I got, well it didn't come through as a plan ahead order or whatever she called it. She did apologize about the driver, but the overall experience is enough to say, I will NOT be ordering from Papa John's again. I will order Domino's or just pickup local small business pizza shops around me.

That driver is also lucky I provided a 25% tip, it was actually going to be more until this asinine fiasco. Avoid this place, the extremely bad reviews are all FACTUAL!
