Papa Santo's Pizza

Best pizza in the Poconos! The owner and all of the employees are really nice and I always feel welcome here. Bathrooms are clean!

I usually enjoy this restaurant, but super disappointed with my order this evening. I drove home to find that my California chicken cheese steak was just a regular cheesesteak. The onions are raw, every piece of lettuce on it is a chunk of stalk, and the sub wasn't even in a piece of foil that was big enough so half of it was just exposed in the bag.

Eggplant parm had half an inch of cheese and a piece of eggplant that looked like a sheet of paper. I'm not big on Italian so I think we'll pass next time.

The servers are friendly, but the food is more important.

Had a wonderful experience at Papa Santo's Pizza, a delightful Italian restaurant in Blakeslee! The Alfredo Pasta, accompanied by a fresh salad and soft bread, was a delectable choice. The service was exceptional, and the overall atmosphere was very nice and decent. I'll definitely come back!

Just stopped in for a slice. It was good. I just should hve asked for a bit more sauce. I will stop in again.

I always get my pizza and salad quick. I don't usually have much time for lunch so I appreciate this! The waitress always has a smile!

Nice service, food was good but couldn't figure out when I ordered a meatball sandwich I ended up with chunky spaghetti meat instead of meatballs with no explanation.

I used to love to come to this place to eat when I lived here and was excited to eat here again while my fiancé and I are visiting family while vacationing from Arizona. I told him how much I loved the food! Sadly the food has gone down hill drastically. The workers are EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and accommodating BUT the food tastes just like bar food! We had the mixed appetizer, which were very greasy, chicken parmigiana was a very small piece of chicken smothered in cheese, the sauce was bland, my fiancé said. I had the Chicken Caesar wrap, WELL I should say it was a lettuce wrap there was only about 6 tiny pieces of chicken in each side. So very disappointing. The price was very high for the quality of food that was served. I wish I could give a better review but I just could not.

The best of not good choices in the area. Pizza was okay. Was charged $7 for two sodas (no refills offered)

Everything about this place is wonderful. Only note would be more pineapple on the extreme pineapple and presentation of salad otherwise everything tastes great, looks wonderful, and a great atmosphere

2nd time forgetting at least one item on my order and only a third visit! Got home from being out of town, thought I would try them again! Ordered two cheesesteaks, french fries, and mozzarella sticks. Picked it up and asked the counter girl if everything was included, and detailed my request. She just shook her head yes, gave me total amount and I paid. When I returned home and opened my package, the french fries were not there. I called, they put me on hold, and then said yes, the french fries were there but in another bag. Oh ok, that makes sense that french fries would be completely separate. The cheesesteak rolls were soft and soggy and the mozzarella sticks were just ok. They said I could have a refund. Well they just missed the point, and will miss customers when there are none! Not a place I would recommend!

We had ordered two pizzas through the online site and said it would be ready in under 30 minutes. When we arrived, we confirmed they had our order and it would be ready in a few minutes. We ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes to find out our pizza was never made. We were told that they messed up but could not make us another pizza in a quick turnaround because the pizza maker had gone on break so we asked for a full refund. They agreed to refund the $ but upon review of the CC order, we were still charged. The business fraudulently doubled down in a CC dispute that we received our pizza. This business is dishonest and completely unorganized with zero accountability. Strongly advise going elsewhere.

Nice service by a nice young lady but 5/10 pizza, not the best quality cheese. Place does get busy for only 1 person to be working.

We ordered on a Saturday at 6: 15 and they were not busy at all. The counter girl took my order 3 LG pies. She apparently never wrote it on the ticket. They gave me 2 pizzas and I said I also have another. She went over to the pizza maker and whispered in his ear. He then said that my pizza would be another 20min. I said it is plain just give me the plain you just took out. He said no and preceded to tell me that it was my fault; that I should have noticed that the price was off.
So I said that I would leave him a bad review for his management and customer service which wouldn't but the pizza isn't really good either and is crazy expensive for a pizza place in the Poconos

Had never been to this restaurant before. Never again! We ordered two dinners, which include salad and bread per menu. Watress #1 goes to kitchen with our order. Waitress #1 comes back with drinks and says they are out of salad. Ok. Hmm. We asked if we could have soup to substitute. She had to go ask. Then Waitress #2 comes over and says no, but could give us broccoli. I told her I can't eat broccoli. She says let me go ask. Both #1 & #2 come back and tell us they have to go salads, (oh really?) but then we can't have bread. Paid $3.71 for a soda and walked out. Outrageous! Unbelievable. They had salad they could have used. The waitresses appeared afraid to ask the "boss" anything. No way to run a restaurant.
