I highly recommend PHS. Starting with Bob who thoroughly explained everything, the owners who confirmed, in detail, the work that would be done and the crew who are professional, respectful, and cleaned everything each day they were at my house. You cant go wrong with PHS.

Paradigm was very responsive, providing an assessment and estimate within hours of contacting them. On the day of service, installation of a drain, sump pump, and vapor barrier in a row home basement, the crew was right on time, very professional, and were done in about four hours, leaving everything in good shape. There is a work guarantee, and the price was reasonable for the amount of work completed. I will definitely use them again!

They were so personable and responded quickly to communication. They were significantly cheaper than other quotes I got. I had a pipe that started leaking while they were waterproofing my basement and they fixed it for free! They even came back a week later after I had some concerns about an unrelated issue. I got to speak personally to the owner several times and he was great! Would highly recommend!

From initial inspection to completion, Paradigm Plumbing and Heating Services were GREAT! Bob took the time to answer our questions and concerns and walk us through the process (2x). Ross and Andy, (the owners!) were present and worked with crew for entire process. The crew was phenomenal! They worked quickly and efficiently. The expert product, efficient process and excellent pricing were what made us choose Paradigm Plumbing and Heating Solutions. From start to finish, we could not be happier with choosing Paradigm. Our basement needed a lot of work- waterproofing, new sewer pipe, and new water heater with power vent. Andy and Ross took the time to answer our many questions prior to starting the work. Their whole team was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. You won't find better customer service!

We used them to repair a water issue in our basement and they were great. This was a new issue and my wife was upset about water getting into the basement. If there's one company I'd recommend, than this would be it. The employees are very professional, knowledgeable and fast! The quote was fair and affordable for waterproofing the basement and the project was completed on time as discussed from the beginning.

I called for a free estimate, received a quick response, and Bob came out to assess the job. He was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and good humored. He answered all my numerous questions and gave me great advice on what I did and did not need to do to rectify the problem. When I phoned him with additional questions after his visit, he responded immediately and again very helpful. I had a few estimates done, but Bob won my trust and their estimate was fair and reasonable. I scheduled the job and the crew was able to complete it in one day. They too were impressive-efficient, hard working, and also responsive to my questions. Both the owners, Andrew and Ross, worked alongside the team, which also impressed me greatly. The completed job was well done and they cleaned up fairly well afterwords (with all the concrete that was carried up from my basement their clean up job was also impressive). I had 3 other companies comeout to look at my garage. Two of them were sales guys who just wanted to sell a job and never actually did the work. I had Bob from Paradigm come out to my house 2x to go over everything, he knew the product and was very easy to talk too. Today the guys came out to complete a job. They showed up on time, very professional, walked me through everything they did, when the job was completed and cleaned up my driveway before they left. The work was very clean. I am very happy with the job!

After purchasing our home in February we soon began to realize that we had a water problem in our basement. (Dampness, moldy Oder). Also some water on the floor after heavy rain. We called three companies for estimates and after meeting with each of them we decided to go with Paradigm Home Solutions. Bob was the first person we met and he was fantastic in explaining our water issues and how they could solve our problem in the basement using a French drain system with two sump pumps, a window drain, and a Santa Fe dehumidifier.
We scheduled the job and I must say I am very impressed with this company and highly recommend them to everyone. They arrived on time and the owners were working with their crew both days. The owners Ross and Andy introduced themselves right away and explained the process of work that would be going on. They are extremely professional and very hard working, nice guys. The crew of men they have working with them are super hardworking and respectful. I was here with them both days and I saw first hand how thoroughly they performed and completed our job. Always checking in with me to see if I had any questions
or concerns. They energetically delivered on everything they said they would do.
My husband and I are so pleased with their work. No more wet smelly basement.

Ross and Andy just did their 3rd drainage system for me on a rental I own. This one was a slab on grade that was taking on water because of poor drainage and the incredibly heavy rains we have started to receive these past couple of years. They applied new tar & protective fabric to some parts of the existing perimeter drain that I had installed years ago as it had started to leak this year. They also ran a lateral drain line from a sump that collects water from the perimeter drain to the curb where they exited it through a hole saw cut to drain into a sloped parking lot. They threw in a box drain on the lateral to ensure that surface water that collects in the yard is removed quickly and not allowed to slowly percolate down, potentially raising the water table around the apartment which unfortunately sits somewhat below grade and is thus susceptible to ground water infiltration through the below grade exterior stucco wall. Andy & Ross are in my contacts and I don't even bother to get quotes from others any more. They are honest and have helped solve water issues where it is not ground water drainage related, even referring me to roofing & siding contractors that would be better suited for the work. Many shady contractors will take your money no matter what & never admit that any job is not w/in their scope of expertise. These guys are HONEST & SUPERB practitioners of their particular profession. They will set you on the right path even if they pass on the work because it is not something they handle. When you find QUALITY & HONESTY in one place why waste your time and risk your hard earned $$$ looking elsewhere? Cheers, Rob

Very happy with the service provided by Paradigm. The end result was a dry basement. The company started and completed the job exactly as promised. Reasonably priced when compared to other companies and options.

We purchased a new home back in November and 5 days after settlement our window well was full of water and the basement was flooded. I called Paradigm and Ross came out and gave us an estimate and explained how everything will be handled promptly and professionally. The crew came out and kept everything covered and neat. The job was done and completed effectively and we have no more water issues. Thank you Paradigm for keeping our basement dry and my daughter now has such a nice playroom and that makes her very happy.

Ross came out & explained very clearly what should be done & how their company would fix a basement  water leakage problem. I never felt pressured to sign with them right then & there. I told him I needed to discuss this with the family members as this is my elderly mothers house. We decided to go with their system because the cost seemed reasonable & the reviews were positive.   The crew was prompt and Ross went over what was going to be done each day. All the guys were very nice. The crew worked very hard, were quick, and the space was clean afterward. Very knowledgeable and professional.
