Paradise Jamaican Restaurant reviews
16Wonderful location. Warm and friendly workers. The food is absolutely authentically Jamaican. Americans are catered to also I can’t wait to grab my next meal at paradise. Food is well presented and delicious
This place is awesome! The owner is the bomb and the environment is so clean and fast. Y’all have to try!
The costumer care service was nice and the service was done in a timely manner… Best Part is they play music while you wait so you know the atmosphere is excellent. The Food Was Very Delicious… Definitely would recommend
This is my favorite go to spot for Jamaican food. My food is always goodand the portions are big. They have great customers service and its just an all around great resteraunt.
Place was A clean take out place but food overall was below average. I ordered a curry chicken rice and peas and string beans and a chicken patty.they gave me a beef patty instead of chicken maybe that was a mistake as the people attending to me were nice. The string beans were fresh no complaints there but the curry chicken was so watered down I wondered did they run out of curry powder, thankfully it had carrots and actual potatoes in it, I asked for extra gravy but because the curry was so watery it basically did nothing but wet the rice.would’ve tried other things if this visit went well but I’m guessing the curry goat would be weak too after this experience with the chicken. I would prolly just stick to the jerk wings and veggie Patties if I went back really would like to find a new closer spot for Jamaican near home but looks like ima have to continue driving down to Logan to Jus Right for a more authentic Jamaican feel.
I absolutely love this place. My brother told me about it and ever since I've been going there. Such good food it's a must try.
If you looking for affordable Jamaican spot come here hands down best Jamaican spot in uptown
The food and service was a 10/10 one of my favorite jamaican spots that i go to in my neighborhood!
I just ordered curry goat rice & peas with collard greens. I also had a jerk chicken platter with Mac & cheese & cabbage. It was the worst Jamaican food I ever had. There was no sauce for the curry goat only meat juice, very thin and watery. Both meats were BLAND. It taste like only curry powder was used. I couldn’t believe it. I won’t return.
The cashier lady in the front. American lady has a really nasty attitude and don’t know how to talk to people that’s buying from the establishment she works at.
I love the food here. Its a take out place so I would not say it’s a nice atmosphere. I always order the oxtail with rice and beans and collard greens. I think its sooooo delicious. And it’s really like 3 meals. The portion is big (I order the large). Give this place a chance.
Pleasant experience. The cashier who waited on me was pleasant, and got my order in quickly. I ordered the Jerk Pork, Rice and Peas, and macaroni and cheese. The food was tasty and well portioned. The pork had good spice and the sauce was very a great addition. If I could do it over, I’d have gotten the cabbage instead of the Mac and Cheese. Also the beef pattys were flakey, packed with minced meat, and delicious.
Stewed chicken tasted like it was reheated and the steamed fish smelled raw. This was an office luncheon. $167 spent.never, again again
Fry chicken platter is dry, they don’t make sauce for it. If you ask for sauce they don’t give it. Poor service and overpriced
I was hesitant to order after reading the reviews. I'm glad I decided to see for myself! The young lady that took my order over the phone was very pleasant. I ordered the large jerk chicken and a mini jerk pork. The jerk chicken was delicious. The meat was tender and very tasty. The rice and beans and cabbage was a plus! The pork was tender and tasty as well. Don't go by the reviews! Go check it out for yourself!
I should of looked at the reviews before going smfh First off! I was in the middle of ordering and the already rude off hello cashier answers the phone in the middle of my order then tells the cook before I even finish giving the rest of my order then tells me He cant upgrade my small to a large lmao like make it make sense and to top it off the Food was just bad My African-American Grandmother makes better Curry then this place smfh Highly Disappointed and I still gave 2 Stars smfh
