I don't understand why I'm paying Nelnet and paramount capital group for the same loan. Paramount capital group interest rate is 9.99% WOW way higher than Nelnet. I was advised to report this company.
Five stars for cust rep, Tina R. She was very helpful and informative, I hope PCG celebrates and appreciates her for her great customer service. During the call she exude nothing short of professionalism, kindness and exemplary cust service. Went extra mile to explain things to me and went on to give me options on what I can do to resolve my concerns on things she could not resolve (rightfully so) do to policies. An asset to your company.
They have just committed fraud behind my back by reporting late payment saying i have not made payment since feb 2022 when i call to verify account last payment was recieved march 18 next payment due april so how is it late dropped my score 43 pnts this company is extremely RACIST and they say they r not a federally funded program when they r to screw lower income and middle class working americans
I'm tried of getting harassed over email about my late bill when she can't even send me a link to help me reset my password. Wonder why it's late hmmmmm. I don't know maybe if you all didn't reset everything!
Total garbage. Interest is insane the app is beyond broken. If you attempt to enter debit or bank account info and it’s wrong it won’t let you change or remove so when you try to enter correctly - you have idea idea which one is right. And it takes days to get payments to go through.
Had a fraud alert on my card for a PayPal scam - payment was held because of the fraud alert but these folks say it’s nsf requested bank statements (which I sent) then stated that’s not good enough they want a statement from the bank showing the fraud alert was not from them. So 36 dollar nsf fee (there was no nsf) and 25.00 late fee.
I will be paying this off except late fees and nsf I will have an easier time disputing through collection agency.
Avoid these people. It’s a ripoff.

Donna serviced my account almost exclusively. She was always a pleasure to work with. She is personable and friendly. Paramount is lucky to have her. Thank you Donna for your help. It was quite a journey. I went from homeless, to gainfully employed. I never begged a dime and still built my credit. My credit score has soared to the mid 700's. I now own a home. Donna helped me stay on the path. She is a part, of my story. My story, of success.

This company from what I know is known for giving out loans to people who want to get their CDL I am one of those people and although I am not a fan of the whole loan process (I have my own opinions on that) a certain customer service representative Donna (I hope I’m remember her name right) makes everything easy if I ever have a question she is sure to answer it she’s quick and to the point and I love it she’s 10/10

In the beginning it was rough, I've dealt with multiple people discussing my loan with paramount. One guy who sounded like a high school principal telling me about my behavior and what could happen if I didnt shape up, he wasn mean just corny.one guy who tried to intimidate me (cough, Jeff) like its 1983 whoa little buddy I know my rights lol I know you probably think all of us coloreds are ignorant but no sorry we're not. He's gonna tell me he didn't see anything noted on my account when I know it was because i talked to someone earlier that day and they saw it but i had to hurry off the phone with them while i was at work. I understand he has a job so I played it cool lol.
Then one day I got a call from
Janella Rodgers-Allen well i should say she caught me lol (i wasn't running from my responsibility I just didn't have the money and wasn't in the mood to talk about it, but I kept in constant contact) she's a GAME CHANGER she was calm, understanding, relatable, straight forward and stern. She really worked with me and motivated me to resolve my loan. She stayed on my head lol she called me more then my kids. Did it get on my nerves at times? Yes but it's ok because she always treated me with respect and never talked down to me and I respect her for that. In all seriousness though if not for Janella Rodgers-Allen theres no telling how this situation would've played out.

After dealing with a year of uncertainty behind all the changes that came with Covid19 pandemic the last thing I wanted to deal with is a call from someone telling me I was behind in my payments, but the team at Paramount has been extremely helpful in ways that I never imagined. JanellA was compassionate, and super patient. Another day I reached a different agent, I don't recall his name at the moment but his suggestions on how I could recover in my industry blow my mind. I never expected that he would have genuine interest in helping me. By far this has been the best experience working with the team at Paramount.
