Nick and his apprentice were great. We needed our hot water heater replaced and they arrived on time, were courteous and professional. After explaining what they'll be doing, they got right to work and had it done in about an hour. After the install, they ran a test and found no leaks. They carted off the old heater so I didn't have to dispose of it. Very happy with the work, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend Paramount!

Excellent Service! No hot water in the bathtub. Plumber showed up the same day I called. Estimate was accurate. He left for parts and came back quickly. Problem was fixed. He left no mess, and was very respectful! Paramount Plumbing was recommended by a friend, and I'm so glad I called them. A+ service!

Update - Nick swapped out a toilet today for a comfort height model. The work was quick and professional, couldn’t be happier.
Right from the start I knew I was working with a top notch company, a real person answers the phone (Tom!). We needed a new tub/shower and bathroom floor repairs in our old 1948 Downingtown twin. Jay visited for the estimate, assessed the situation, and layed out a plan of action. After meeting with Jay I cancelled all other estimates, I knew this was the right man for the job. When the day arrived to do the work, Jay and Rich showed up on time, put booties on their feet, layed drop cloths everywhere, and got right to work. They were experts at dealing with the unexpected in an old house and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

A big thank you to Paramount Plumbing, Heating, and AC family. They came out to our house quickly, and Nick (service tech) was extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional. I would highly recommend Paramount to anyone needing any HVAC service or evaluation.

Our technician, Bill, was friendly, professional and did a thorough job inspecting our HVAC system. We had other plumbing issues that we pointed out to him and we were able to get an estimate and appointment date to address all of them. And at a competitive price, too. Coercive Billing Tactics - Manipulative Discount Scheme

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Paramount Plumbing which turned out to be a complete scam. Once the plumbers arrived, they took a look at the leaks I called them for (a toilet in the master bath and a connection leak in the master bath under the tub). After their brief evaluation, they advised that the wax seal and flange were broken under the toilet and the hot water connection under the bath tub needed replacement. The total price for the parts and installation would be $937.82. I knew this sounded steep, however, it’s a known fact that hiring plumbers is expensive and I wanted the repairs completed sooner rather than later.

After the repairs were complete, I handed over the check to the plumber and was informed that I would be receiving a receipt via email at some point later this evening. There was no paperwork or invoice provided at the time of completion, so I never had a chance to review an itemized invoice or provide my signature to signify that the repairs were complete.
Upon reviewing the receipt later that evening, I noticed that the bill was in fact $937.82, however, $119.40 of that was for a “Yearly Plumbing Maintenance Plan” that I was not informed about and never agreed that I wanted to take part in this plan.

My frustration with Paramount Plumbing’s deceptive billing practices continues to grow. After contacting their office to address the unauthorized one-year service plan charge on my invoice, we where informed that the plan could be removed. However, I was also informed that removing the service plan would result in an increase of $7.56 in my bill. The reason provided for this increase was that the discounts applied to today's work would no longer be applicable. Discounts of which we were never informed of at the time of service.

It is deeply concerning that the company is using coercive tactics to force customers into accepting the unapproved service plan. By adding the plan to the invoice without my consent, they are essentially holding the discounts for today's work hostage. This manipulative scheme puts customers in a difficult position, where they are forced to choose between paying the additional $7.56 (in my case, this number will vary with other invoices) or accepting a service plan they never agreed to.

This coercive billing tactic further demonstrates the company's lack of transparency and disregard for customer satisfaction. Instead of rectifying their mistake and removing the unauthorized charge, they are trying to strong-arm customers into accepting the service plan by threatening to increase the bill. This behavior is unacceptable and only serves to worsen the customer experience.

I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this plumbing company. Their deceptive billing practices, coupled with their coercive discount scheme, highlights their lack of integrity and respect for their customers. It is essential to carefully review invoices, question any unauthorized charges, and stand up against unfair billing practices.

I had a cracked trap pipe underneath my kitchen sink that was leaking. They sent a technician asap and the job was done within an hour of me first discovering the damaged pipe. Awesome job.
