Parc at West Point

I have never seen such terrible service in my life. My Refrigerator stopped working and nobody even got back to me since I put in a request a week back. Carpet is ancient, Women in the front desk never picks up the phone or addresses any of our issues. Disaster doesn't even begin to describe the living conditions here. Filthy place to live in, look elsewhere don't waste your money.

Extremely poor maintenance, rodents, pests, roaches, skyrocketing changes to rents, broken appliances, broken water supply - you name it, AION has it. Management changed in 2022 and has converted a previously well run community into the gutters.

Don’t waste your money. Don’t move here! The management is the worst I ever seen. The leasing woman is horrible, she is rude and racist. The property is outdated for the rent you spend. There is bugs, water, heat issues that they can’t solve at all. They only care about raising rent and the way it looks on the outside. If I could I would put this place at a negative rating. We are happy we put in our notice to leave Aion. Won’t ever rent from Aion apartments again!

I was looking to move to the area and decided to give this place a try. The leasing agent Tatyanna was very helpful through the entire process. Although I decided to not go with this particular complex I thought they were responsive and pleasant.

Place needs upgrading. The front office is horrible. It’s way over priced.

By far the worst management and front office woman. Very unprofessional and don’t communicate. The apartment is either have no hot water or no heat. Then the bugs they can’t get rid of. Overpriced place with. Anion is the worst rental property there is. Never renting from here again. Save your money. Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.
