The staff is awesome - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient! They offer USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, so all your bases are covered. A great business!

Consider myself lucky to sign up for Anytime mailbox at Parcel Place. I am often away from home and the service Parcel Place provides is indispensable. Have visited the location couple of time in person. Very professional and courteous people work there. Thank you!

They always provide awesome service, especially tonight. It's pouring rain out, fortunately I have an umbrella, I no sooner got out of my vehicle with my parcel and they came running out to get it so I wouldn't get wet. That's service!

These people are awesome! For those who left a bad review, about lack of communication, get real. I partner with Parcel Place for two different business, and they could not be more accommodating. Meeting me at my truck to help me get packages while I have my kids in the truck so I don't have to take them all out. Pulling my mail for me as I'm walking in. And as a true witness of how they deal with all there customers, business or non business, I personally watch them greet everyone, say hello, and be super thorough with explaining services etc. All of us small business owners could take a master class from Parcel Place in Doylestown.

I love the people here. They come out to my car when I have a stack of boxes and take them in for me! They're also very intelligent and efficient- so a delight to be around.

Really great folks and helpful team. Maybe 1 time in the past 4 years where they were busy and didn't notice me walking to front door. 99% the either hold the door open or come out and carry packages I do the the store.

Great place if you need to drop off packages. They genuinely are the nicest people. Extremely knowledgeable.

Recently was dropping off packages, each rather small. Chris came out to help me and I fell going up stairs. He grabbed/rescued me and sat w/me until I could get my bearings. He got me to my car and took my packages. Told me he would handle everything. He went above and beyond in service. Thank you do much. Chris.

Excellent customer service. Will come to your car for big packages without even having to ask. Always helpful in trying to find the best price also.
