Eric and his crew are THE BEST! I wouldn't take my taxes or my package shipping anywhere else

Went here to overnight a package and was charged $30 to overnight package which was guaranteed by I date or I get my money back. Went to post office and they said since this company took my money they have to refund it. Went to the store which only took Cash from me but was told they would have to start a claim. 20 peole working in the store but the 1 person who can handle these refunds is busy so I wait 30 minutes and still nothing. Why would i give cash to a store again who wants me to wait weeks to get my money back when I paid cash. Vetter off dealing with post office if you pay for a spexial service.

Fantastic place to drop off your already packaged FedEx or UPS packages. This is the only place near me to drop off FedEx packages. There's FedEx drop off boxes lots of places but nowhere to drop off the packages too big to fit in the drop boxes.

Everything I've dropped off has been received by FedEx the same day.

It's a convenient location and a real life saver if you have returns that must ship via FedEx, especially if your nearest FedEx location is York or Maryland.

It's fast, too. I hand them them the already packaged item, they scan it, I get a receipt and I'm on my way. It's takes a minute or less. So fast and efficient.

Friendly, quick and knowledgeable. They ALWAYS provide the best possible customer service.

Dropped off taxes just for local to be done, which is a charge of $10 and also have been doing this for 3+ years. Well today when I went to pick them up i was told It was $60 total. I politely asked why It would be $60 and they said that’s what It usually is. After they looked over a few things they came to find out it’s because they did local and state. Which i already had my state done by someone different, I told them i only went in there for local which i told the one employee when i dropped them off, I was told not to come there just for local taxes and that It has been like this for 17 years nothing has changed. Mike the older gentlemen told me that they do not only do local taxes and i should have done them myself. But have been going there since 2019 to just get local done and has never been an issue. I do not recommend Parcel Plus If you only want your local taxes done or even want to be treated with respect.

Everyone was just amazing it was packed in there when i first walked in and it allowed me to see exactly how nice they were to Everyone before they took me aside to handle all my problems.thank you

I had to ship a 95lb piece of equipment. I had them pack it for me and they did an amazing job. The receiver of the piece of equipment was thrilled with the packing job. He said “the best packing job he’s seen”. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

This place is absolutely amazing! The welcoming vibe you get the helpfulness and the speed your package gets delivered is absolutely insane! I stopped and dropped a package off to ship to AZ and within 3 days it was delivered right before Christmas! These people are super knowledgeable and helpful if you have anything that needs shipped or any questions about packages this is the place!

A great place to go to get your taxes done. Eric, the owner, does tremendous work and really goes above and beyond for his customers. I’ve been there many time over the years, and I always experience great customer service.
