I received the most phenomenal hair color and salon treatment from Dan! I have been completely showered with compliments ever since! He is truly an artist and hair is his canvas. Feeling beautiful and blessed to have found such a natural and incredibly talented stylist.

Dan gave me the best haircut and beard trim that I have ever received. He thoughtfully recommended what would look good on me and then he executed on that. He took his time and was very detailed. For a very reasonable price I received service that is easily worth half again as much as he charged. Dan would be a great go-to person for anyone getting ready for a wedding, but I intend to continue going to Park Avenue just because it feels great to have a truly awesome haircut.

How do I write this and not be bias.
Easy, it's probably one of the best facials I have ever had! I have been in the beauty industry 40 years next year and as a manager and owner of a salon I have received MANY facials.
Today Melody gave me the new Aveda dermaplane facial. This is definitely a sensory journey for the skin and the mind.
So many texture and temperature changes along with exceptional massage not to mention the dermaplane portion was the perfect result but without the feeling of a sunburn when done. The cooling rose lift off mask was awesome, that alone was a very different experience, how the mask peeled off, FANTASTIC! The last portion of the facial was the use of cold stones, which is always my favorite.
A must have facial for sure! I would probably recommend 4 times a year, but can schedule this every 8-10 weeks to maintain the absolutely glorious dewey result.
I can not say enough about Melody and her skills as an Esthetician. I'm am grateful she is part of our team.

Been going to Lynne for a few years, and recently, Dan, both are excellent stylists. It's said that "beauticians aren't magicians, '' but I'm convinced all the stylist have a magic wand in their back pocket! From cutting/shaping, color (s), pedicures, and more you will not be disappointed.

Nikkoel did an amazing job on my hair. I’ve tried a lot of different salons in the area and have had a hard time finding someone that works with my thick hair as well as Nikkoel. She did my highlights just like I asked and she was very attentive. She did a great job on the haircut as well.

I was on a time crunch due to a last minute work commitment and I arrived early in the off chance Christine could fit me in early. She couldn’t take me early because she was with a client, but the owner Lynn stepped in immediately and washed my hair/got started styling so that I could get out on time. Christine and Lynn both did a great job on my hair AND they didn’t hesitate to form a plan to work together so that I could get in/out quickly. I had never been to this salon before so I was super grateful these complete strangers helped me out. I would highly suggest supporting this business!

I've tried every shop in the area, hands down the best cut I've gotten time after time! I'm a repeat customer and that won't change. I schedule with Lynne Z. Thank me later.

Lynn was so amazing was able to do my hair for my wedding. I was desperate to find someone after another placed messed up my apt and wouldn’t be able to do my hair and make up. And I had a black eye which you couldn’t tell by the end. I was blown away by how talented she was. Now I go to her for all of my hair needs or when I want to get pictures done my make up too.

Went into this salon with boring, dry, pandemic hair. Left with an absolute LIFECHANGING hair color. Nikkoel is an absolute artist and I’ll be going nowhere else for anything hair or beauty related. 11/10 on every scale!

My first visit was today (November 22-2021) with Nikkoel. I couldnt be more excited about my results. I love my cut. I'm already planning to return.

Lynn and her staff are so friendly and professional while making our bridal hair, makeup and nails look their best for my big day! I recommend you also do the trial run to see what will work best for you.
Can't say enough how special my day was and how well our hairdos held up for 12 hours! They really do make you feel special!

No experience with hairstyling here, but I would avoid mani/pedi services. Definitely the worst I’ve ever had. You will get a much nicer, better quality mani/pedi at any strip mall, for much less money. Technicians were lovely people, which is the only nice thing I can actually say about the experience. A French pedi typically lasts a month or more - white tips chipped within days. (Just noticed another recent review said the same, so I’m not alone apparently!) Bubbles all through my manicure. And it was all painfully s l o w. Not slow as in luxurious. Slow as in inexperienced maybe? No hot water, so they brought in buckets of slightly warmer water to dump in to tub during pedi. Towels were also barely warm, so it was fine that they only put them on for about 60 seconds. Not a luxurious spa-worthy experience at all - the entire set-up was more like what you did at a sleepover with your friends when you were 13. You certainly do not get what you pay for.

Melody and Nichole were both great and professional during treatment. Unfortunately Chris who I scheduled with did not document the services I requested and totally was dishonest about the cost. I requested a Chocolate pedicure for me and my daughter plus a chocolate manicure for her. (The whole reason we scheduled here and not somewhere else) When the pedicure started I noticed the smell was not chocolate so I asked and they said that request was not documented and they had given us the seasonal pedicure. I had them switch my daughter but just stayed with what they had already started on me. When I went to leave the cost was a lot more than I was told. Definitely ask for cost before service from the person who will be doing it and don’t take what Chris says as accurate.

I am updating my review to 1 star because the French pedicures did not even last 24hrs. I spent a lot of money for something that didn’t even last 24hrs.

Last evening I went to Park Avenue for an underarm wax. I had Melody. From the time I arrived until I left, she was very friendly, polite and professional. I’ve had waxes before, but she actually took the time to explain to me what to do and what not to do after getting waxed. No place has ever done that. I was very impressed. I am definitely going back. I highly recommend Park Avenue and Melody. Well honestly, everyone there is just super friendly!
