My husband & I went to Park Homes for a new washer & dryer set. As soon as we stepped into the building, someone was there to help us. David in the appliance department was quick, detailed, and determined to find us exactly what we were looking for. I gave him a list of things I would LIKE, but I was open to pretty much anything. He checked all of my boxes, except for one (brand), which was not a huge inconvenience at all to us. Price, color, style, and specific features of the washer & dryer were all met. For David to show us all of our options, both in store and online, payment, and final touches for delivery, we were out of there in maybe 15-20 minutes. Incredible.

I purchased a floor model “as is” table with very minor blemishes and nothing major wrong that could be found with it. When we got to the store to pick up, the two salesmen who helped load it were not polite nor happy that they had to load it in the rainy weather and close to closing time so there was poor attitude given towards us. While loading the table they didn’t try to be careful and lift it they literally just pushed it onto the truck bed. Once we got it to our home and unwrapping the table there were numerous areas that the colored paint had been removed/scratched off on one side. The table was wrapped but only along the lengths of the table were they covered completely and the width was just to the edge that they had slid it on allowing the damage. I immediately took pictures and called customer service where they called me back and had me send Pictures to then be told there was nothing they could do about it the table was bought “as is”. I explained I had proof with pictures I had taken prior to purchasing the table that those large blemishes were not on the table and clearly they had been done AFTER purchasing while loading but they just kept telling me that I could go to Lowe’s and pick up a touch up marker to fix it and it would match pretty good. This was by far the worst purchasing experience I have ever had with a “family owned” business and I would never recommend buying anything from this company. Yes, I did purchase an “as is” table as they keep reminding me with every phone I’ve had with them, but that doesn’t mean I have to take it with NEW blemishes that were not on the table top after I purchased the item. The table cost was still over $600 and for the assistant manager to just keep repeating there’s nothing we can do but definitely recommend going to Lowe’s for a touch up marker is just absolutely ridiculous. Park Furniture, you definitely will never have my business again nor anyone I know if I can deter them from having the awful experience that I had with you! In the pictures included you can clearly see the first one taken in the store had no damage to the corner but on the next ones there was damage.

Only went in to look around. The one salesman followed my husband and I like we were shoplifters.

I have purchased several items from Park that date back to their stores in Juniata. Good quality stock. I never got pressured to buy anything from them. And they are locally owned.

Do not purchase a warranty from Park. It is a total scam and they will take your money the whole way to the bank. I wouldn't buy another product from them after the terrible situation and lack of importance they have for their customers. I purchased the warranty for 500 bucks because we have two dogs. The recliner got a hole in it and one of my dogs made the hole bigger. Called the warranty department and they directed me to a third party who denied my claim and when I called them back, the women in the warranty department was supposed to check into it and call me back. She never called me back, so nearly a month later I called her. She tried to lie to get out of it and then said well you can call Travis if you want. I always had respect for them but will NEVER go back. Thank you for providing terrible service Park

Nice and clean with good prices. They even have clearance pieces you can get right away instead of waiting 3 months

Great service and selection. Not like the big box stores. We needed an oven and it's 6 days till Thanksgiving. Dave our sales rep was able to show us what was in stock and have it delivered before Thanksgiving. Every aspect of our experience was great! David cared and helped us a great deal. Could not be happier!

I ordered very nice leather sofa and loveseat, had to wait a bit for the Loveseat due to Covid, still waiting on the couch, due to Covid… However a while after The sofa was delivered, I saw some scratches on the one end, which I’m sure it took place during delivery. I called the store, first I spoke with Joni, who is amazing, then she had Tina Look into it and give me a call. She called me I explained the situation to her, she sent their repair man, Matt To take care of the scratches. He did an amazing job. I was skeptical at first, to be honest… But when he was left I was amazed and very satisfied!

Just bought a Love Seat and Couch off of Chris. We went to all the local furniture stores and by far liked Park Homes the best.

Worst customer service ever. We ordered kitchen table and chairs set that cost over $3800.00. When delivered the chairs were missing the custom made cushions. The manager Jamie said 12 weeks for the new chairs (June 2021. Now the chairs won’t be ready until November 2021 (8 months) THEY REFUSE TO PICK UP THE ITEM FOR A REFUND. They continue to lie

What a shocking disappointing experience! To say the least! My niece & I went in to see about update on her dryer part! A month waIting! Maintenance guy tried 2 diff parts! Now guessing on a 3rd? Maybe he doesnt know whats going on w/ dryer! Id be asking for another maintenance man! Travis M was very rude, unprofessional, talking disrespectfully to neice before she had a chance to talk! All she did was show him vudeo of dryer & horrid noise & still not working! He was very condescending to her! Shame on him! I will make sure I get word out how horrid customer service is w/ Travis! Sure glad I bought my furniture else where last year! Travis, being son of the owner doesnt give U the right to disrespect anyone! And I will make sure other people know of your arrogant ignorance! BEWARE CUSTOMERS! HE DOES NOT CARE!

Edited on June 7th, 2021. We ordered a dishwasher and paid for it in December, 2020. We were told that it might not come in until February due to Covid. February, March, April, and May came and went. During this time, no one from Park ever contacted us to give us an update. I called several times and was simply told that it had not yet come in. I called in June and a different salesman told me that an almost identical dishwasher was available immediately. To be clear, I understand that delays happen. My frustration (and judging by other negative reviews I am not alone) was not the delay, but the fact that there was no followup by the sales person, although we had paid in full, and there was at least one almost identical unit available. One phone call a month would have not been difficult and would have gone a long way to preventing a negative customer review.
That said, the available dishwasher was delivered and installed today. The gentleman who installed it did a wonderful job. He was friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Because our house is old, it was a difficult installation, but he never balked. My understanding is that he is not an employee of Park Home, but nevertheless he is the reason I am raising my review of Park Home from 1 to 2 stars. The gentleman, himself, easily earned a 5 star rating and my gratitude.
Judging from the number of reviews that complained about bad customer service experiences in cases where the purchased item was ordered, rather than immediately available, I think the store would benefit from a system whereby someone is assigned to call customers periodically to give an update about the item for which they have already, in many cases, paid a significant sum of money. That is just good customer service.

We have just started looking for living room furniture and found just what we want at Park Home. Our salesperson, Tim, was very knowledgeable. He answered our questions and showed options that were available to us. He didn't rush us to make a decision and we felt he truly wanted what would work best for us. Tim has earned our trust and we will be working with him again!

I have worked here for over a year as a sales associate, and have never found a more enjoyable group of people to work with. This is one place where I can say with certainty they care about both their employees and customers. If you are looking for a local place to shop I would recommend stopping in and seeing for yourself.

Funny place. I'm living in state college three years. Watching ads on TV. Without any notice of store locations. Funny guys.

Joanie is amazing! Very Paitent very helpful! Super friendly! I had her all over the store asking questions and prices and she helped me so much. I’m so grateful to have such an awesome experience when you go in please ask for Joanie!

Everything was on sale because of Memorial Day. Joanie, our Park Person, was a delight to work with. We spent more than we planned but we needed it all and didn't spend foolishly. I'll never buy anywhere else.
