Would not recommend!
No notice that pool was closed. Multiple room changes to find one that was actually clean enough to stay in. Poor customer service.

This Radisson hotel offers excellent rates for what it has to offer. Small town hotel with a great indoor pool and on site bar. Sitting right off interstate 80 this is a great option for locals and people passing through. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is clean. There is even an arcade for those into gaming.

The pool is now open, water is clear. Pool area is well put together and super clean. Would definitely recommend️

Very rundown with little up keep. Rooms are dirty and very dim. Pool is never working. Multiple entrances to rooms are closed off. I was told one entrance then had to check 2 others just to get to my room.

Overall impression: Priced well for the experience and atmosphere.
Good: The price is very reasonable. The stay offers many amenities. Breakfast is included. There's a pool and hot tub. There's an arcade and on-site restaurant/bar. The room is above what can be expected for the price of the stay. The hot tub in the room was clean and in very good condition. The room had plenty of space. It includes a mini fridge and microwave.
Bad: The walls of the pool have mildew. One of the ladders was broken and the one at the deep end was precarious. The rooms are in desperate need of general maintenance. The room fixtures and decor need updated.
One bad experience: The bed only had a thin sham for a blanket. I asked for a second sham. The front desk told me they would have housekeeping bring me one. A couple hours later, it never arrived. My husband went back to the desk. They told him there were no blankets available. After some prodding, the front desk checked with housekeeping. They found a blanket and brought it to my room.

Very terrible hotel was accused of smoking in a room when I don’t even smoke and was charged 250 dollars for it, and when called to talk to the manager she then accused me of unplugging the smoke detector will never book here again

In my group of four, we had to switch our room twice in order to find a room that was suitable for sleeping. Windows were broken and leaking, there was suspicious substances on the beds, dogs barking in rooms, tobacco smell in the first floor hallway and what seemed to be little to no room service. Our final room had some sort of bubbly sticky substance on the wall, and another group had found a half full bottle of fireball whiskey. The bathrooms were pleasantly clean and worked perfectly. For the price, I would at least expect the cleanliness to be better, other than the worries for the cleanliness of the beds, they were comfortable. A little more cleaning and care and this is a good value for a stay. Otherwise I would not recommend staying here.

She and her colleague, Jay, treated us like we were the only people in the room. They were fantastically attentive to our needs and EXTREMELY friendly to me and my family!

It was a cute little hotel we stayed in for one night. They have a beautiful pool area, game room, and gym. They have a club where you can get drinks and food, watch the football games, or just relax and listen to the music. The staff was SUPER friendly. - just like every other business, Covid has taken a real toll on this hotel. You can tell it used to be very busy, and very nice. I think this place needs some help getting back on its feet and return to the way it once was.

Yucky worn out 70s relic. Old, dark, dirty. Pool in middle chlorine stinks entire motel. ˝Upgrade˝ rooms have enormous, creepy old ˝love tubs˝ in room where second bed should be! White toilet seat has turned a very disgusting brown. Broken entry doors taped up with caution tape! Dark, vacant front desk on arrival. Clerk could not check us in without long wait and calling for basic help. Everthing about this place is just plain icky!

My wife and I stayed one night on Saturday 10/22. We thought of it as a very nice motel. It has stiff competition with 2 major branded motels nearby, which explains its apparent high vacancy rate. What impressed us most was the sheer love the employees have for this facility. We just wish them the absolute best and the motel too. God be with you

First hit by the musty smell, pool and hot tub closed, restaurant was cash only- rooms very overpriced ($165 ish) for the night. Filthy carpet taped near the door, hair in sink drain. The front desk clerk was very polite and nice.

We had dirty sheets. Moved to a second room broken door handle, dirty floor. How does this hotel have 3.5 rating? Talked to a local at a restaurant nearby said it used to be beautiful but has been on a decline for years. I wish this app allowed photos. TRAVELERS PLEASE FIND A DIFFERENT HOTEL.

This is an updated review. I still stand by the hotels decorations needing a visit something awful. They were trying their best to dry the floors out, but it was so musty in the hallways. Just smelt terrible. I get upstairs to my room and it was very clean. I was satisfied with that and the jetted tub worked wonderfully. My main reason for ever staying here. Decent standard television with a variety of channel choices. The staff was friendly as always and I would stay again. Wish the rooms weren't so pricey, but with the way the economy is right now, they are feasible. Overall great location, horrible decor, comfortable room and bed. You can do better Raddy aka Park Inn.

Terrible. Corridors smell terrible. The lounge and bar furniture is all peeled off. Limited staff. Rooms are ok. We reserved a double room and one bed was smaller and touched the wall. Stay away if you can. We found 3 bugs in our room.

This is the most terrible place I’ve ever dealt with. If I could, I’d give them less than one star. I had my checkout date on Monday and they scheduled me in the system, by mistake, to checkout on Thursday. I was charged over 350$ that they refuse to refund due to the lack of management. Front-desk customer service representative said there are more important people/cases than mine and I had to wait for someone to come in and talk to me about it. I’ve been waiting for 3 days and they keep taking more money out of my credit card. Extremely unprofessional and dirty. I’m considering filing a police report.

Really needed a room and when I showed up to.the desk, I questioned why their rates were so high with an empty parking lot, I was told they had to make up for covid. The whole property needs a lot of TLC. I worked for the place while Jimmy Winner owned it back during Super Bowl 30 and honestly nothing seems to have been updated except flat screen TVs for the rooms. Same old decor, same old jacuzzi tubs when everyone else has larger updated models. Sad to see this place go downhill so much since Mr Winner passed.

Called to see about a room the front desk woman was so ignorant, I was asking her about prices on the Suites an how many was allowed in the rooms an she kept giving me the price an said do you want it or not. Then she was stating the pool was closed, I said ok it was for a bday party an she says we'll I don't know what to tell you. Very unprofessional
