First time using them and they were great! Dropped off the car and the shuttle was already waiting for us. Called when we landed and waited about 10mins for them to come. Smooth transition both ways. Would use again.

Takes forever for a pick up. Had to call them multiple times. I would strongly suggest using a different company.

Great deals on Groupon. Always use them. Friendly staff. Prompt drop off and pick ups. Never have any issues. Once I needed a jump and they helped us out Good people.

Terrible experience. People were waiting for hours for their shuttles and the shuttle stunk of cigarette smoke. You should try any other service since we watched like 10 shuttles of each parking service go by before ours came. When we finally got on we heard people at every terminal yelling they were waiting for over an hour as well and couldn't get on since the shuttle was packed. Next time I'm trying The Parking Spot!

I have used this company in the past and they have always been a little slow at pick up. This time will be the Last time I used them. They were full 2 times before picking us up. Stating, “ there is another bus right behind them. ” Only they come every 30 minutes. That was additional 60 minutes after a long flight and fighting baggage claim. Don’t worry there customer service gets a big 0. No help, I personally don’t understand half these reviews. I wish I could give a 1/2 star…

We were charged an airport access fee on the way out of the lot. We had already paid ahead of time, as well as all the extra fees. The explanation was that this fee had increased over the time we were away. It is unfair and feels like a "scam". I still can't figure out all the other fees either. Why are we charged for a fuel surcharge and a convenience fee as well?
The drivers were awesome.so there's that!

I booked this parking thinking it would deliver what it promises online. Fast and efficient. Anyway I am flexible a bit with waiting for the shuttle after arrival but we had to wait 45 minutes to get a shuttle to pick us up at the airport to bring us to the parking lot. Worse we had to call twice to be able to get somebody to show up. Meanwhile the competitors already picked up their passengers three times already. Horrible service

Great experience. We parked and they were there immediately to take us to the airport. Then on our return from Florida, we only had to wait a few minutes in freezing Philly before they picked us up. Great service and friendly drivers. The lot has more potholes then all the rest of Philly, but no issues getting in and out.

Drivers very helpful and knowledgeable of where to pick up and drop off passengers coming and going to and from vacation.parking is secure

My advice is not to use. I’ve use this service for years but they’ve increased their prices and if you don’t call head for a reservation they charge you 18 some dollars a day plus fuel charges. I had a 10 day coupon from Groupon but ended up staying for more days. Parking for those extra days cost me over $100.

The reviews had me nervous to use this company but my experience was great. They were prompt in dropping us off to the airport and picking us up from the airport. Our wait was less than 10 minutes and as we were getting our bags we saw a shuttle leaving which means they were frequently making trips back and forth. I would use this company again.

Overall, a great place to park for a reasonable rate. Although a bit away from the airport, we grew tired paying $25-$35 per day parking, and came across a great Groupon for the Christmas holiday.

For 7 days, we paid like $50 through a Groupon offer where you had to purchase in advance, make a reservation, and could not show up before your reservation time, which was all cool.

Groupon transaction was smooth, reservation process easy (discount come off at time of reservation). Since we had a rsvp, we were guaranteed a parking spot, unlike those that drove up last minute. Shuttle was quick to get us, and after picking up another party, was off to the gate.

Upon return home, we called and a shuttle was on its way. By the time we got our luggage, the shuttle was there.

I took one star off because the location from what I saw, doesn’t offer any covered parking. Luckily the snow melted by the time we got back.

Great place to park if you can get a Groupon.

No problems with the services at all. At 545 am on a Sunday morning, pick up service from the airport was within 15 mins and the driver, Wayne was supportive in assisting my 94 year old mom.above and beyond a shuttle driver. Now the only problem I had was being charged an additional 50 cents for no apparent reason as the reservations were made 3 months in advance and I arrived at the lot 10 mins before arrival time but departed to lot 2hours before the reservation ended. The 50 cents is not the issue it’s just being charged for no apparent reason. Overall good experience.

Bought our pass for her on Groupon. They picked us up right at our car and took us to the airport. We'll worth it! @

Waited 30 minutes for them to answer their phone for a pickup. They did not answer Facebook messenger or email. I will not park here again.

Parking and getting to the airport was fine. Trying to get back to the car was awful. 3 phone calls and 20 minutes later, a shuttle finally came. It was 7am on a Sunday. Not even crowded. Would not use again.

Poor condition, lighting and shuttle service even with the discount, we won't use them again.
