Surprisely, my experience has been good! I only say that based on the negative reviews. I’ve been here for 7months and I’m comfortable. No rodents or maintenance issues. Whenever I reach out to them, they respond! Overall my experience from the leasing office to the business office have been great. I always leave with an answer on anything I inquire about.

Worst place to live terrible management and stuff bad costumer service no maintenance work they will close on good work days to make tenants pay late fees

I'm just reading the reviews and can't help to comment how much of a trashcan this place is. I've never lived here but rodents and bad reviews sure don't lie.

I will only be here one year if allah see fit. I have to get out of this place I have never in my life paid a water bill for living in a apartment building how can you determine how much water each person is using if you live in a building look at this bathroom and I pay 920 for cracks in the wall that should have been fixed before I moved in

Well currently living at this place and the plumbing is horrible I take a showerIn my tub fills up with water the bathroom shower walls paint is chipping and around the bathtub there’s cracks in the shower walls so please people if you don’t have to don’t come live here it’s not fair how much rent they charge in the problems that I am having I’m only speaking for Self

Horrible my boyfriend just got rejected for not meeting the Criteria. Then never called him about the apartment, told him to check his email they didn’t want to tell him he got rejected he makes enough but to them he don’t he makes 22$ a hour and 80 hours a week they got us out of 50$ please to anyone don’t go there they are losers! They are not professional at all the same lady that did his application wasn’t even there to tell him horrible

I just gave that one star cause the apartment has a good building that's it, but the employees are very very rude and they don't care about the people that lives in the apartment. I have been calling them over a month to come fix the things that are damaged in my apartment and one of the employee's said they will come when they are free. Rude workers.

Staff is very unprofessional. Maintenance is terrible. I’ve been complaining about the same problem since I moved in and it’s been 2 years almost.

The staff is highly unprofessional. The hours of operation are super inconvenient. This new laundry system.inconvenient. Something in the apartments is always going wrong. It’s just not what I thought it would be.

The staff in the lesson office are very rude and disrespectful. They give out incorrect information and get rude when you correct them. They need customer service training. Will be reporting them too Management Company.

Just wanted to know if there is any truth to all these review are truthful about how horrible the living conditions or and the rats and rodents

They charge u for water in rent In that shouldn't be too high also I have water leaking from the ceiling in the kitchen. A Rip off! Believe all these comments are truuuu do yourself a favour in fine somewhere else too live they have bed bugs in there apartment s

This place is the worst! No one should have heat on until May 15th. It is 77 degrees outside and there is absolutely NO REASON to have heat on in April 28th 2018. The staff today was very unprofessional when I asked for someone to come over and turn it off.

Worse place ever its just a place you can live temporary until you find a nice place. You will get robbed at parkview court there is a mouse infestation issue going there, people steal other people car license plates.and their “management”also tow tenants’s car off their so called property for some reasons i never heard off before.staffs in the business&leasing office are very very very rude and unprofessional as well. Run away from them its just not a safe and good place to live.

Hehehehe, read reviews people. This apartments looks like some apartments in Helmand province in Afghanistan. Reviews are just scary.how about the apartments.they are likely more scary.

Parkview Court Billing system is such a rip off. If you are looking to rent a single bedroom by yourself, look somewhere else. This is not the apartment for you. You will pay higher heating bills even if you are not using heat, you cannot control it and it shared between you and your neighbors.stay away! Management doesn't care. My package got stolen twice at this apartment.

To be honest. This has the worst living experience I’ve ever experienced. Please! Its not worth it to live here. I am constantly calling the cops on my neighbors below me for trying to kill each other. I’ve only been here for 2months and since the first day have recieved more then 10 exterminator visits. I’ve never lived with roaches or other bugs until now.and it is apparent that the problem lies in the building.there is also mice! Everything is painted over with plaster and they dont even retouch it with paint! I have patches of plaster everywhere! This place is ratchet.

If I could give no stars I would. I lived here with my 2 year old son and was robbed! I came home one day from work and both of my 70 inch TVs were gone and the door was unlocked. When I walked into my apartment the entire window was broken out. I lived on the bottom floor so someone kicked in my window climbed thru and opened the door and walked out with my tvs. My son was traumatized! I still remember it like it was yesterday us walking in and him saying "Mommy, where is our TV". How do you explain you've been robbed to a child. The office did nothing about it! This took place in broad daylight because I literally worked 8-5! Do not move here if you want you and your children SAFE! I honestly feel like it was my neighbor because he would come knocking on my door everyday asking would I like to buy DVDs after my robbery I never saw him again! Too ironic! DO NOT RENT HERE!

Wow, I haven't even visited the apartments or applied. But after reading these reviews I will take my money elsewhere.

I went to tour an apartment the staff were very nice. The area was very quiet and the apartments were very clean.
