Everyone was so kind and helpful. Lee and Brian at the front desk were so kind and courteous. Great cleaning staff. John did a great job with breakfasts. The rooms are nice and great prices. Nice view too.

Decent for the price. Staying here for 3 nights. Rooms are big, shower is broken. Kinda have to drive to get anywhere, nothing is within walking distance but that’s alright.

3 stars because of the broken shower. I’m beyond disappointed about that.

It seemed like the off season but I booked for a night stay, shower and sleep, I went to check in and there were two people arguing with the employee about cancellation and refund, the air was thick. They step to the side and the same employee is helping me and I am charged again with a deposit fee in the lobby and telling me about how towels go missing; there I'm thinking to myself, shower and sleep before I head back home, I worked all that morning. I did see my deposit a few days after but really was thinking to myself, will I really see it back or am I going to be charged "for taking a towel". After all of that before I even got to the room, I was afraid to touch anything and no future plans to stay here again

Room was clean and quiet. I like those high ceilings in the room. The size of the was big. Enjoyed breakfast, will stop by next time

This hotel is pure garbage. The rooms reek of cigarettes. The carpets are stained and stinky. The bathtubs are stained. The rooms have cockroaches. At least the one I stayed in and the service is terrible. This is like a pig pen. They warned you that the room was leaking water and they undistricted it. They had a lot of problems dealing with this place and they should close it.

Nice little spot right off the freeway. Great for weary travelers and not far from the casino

Very disappointed with the hotel and the poor quality reception, they treated me rudely and unprofessionally, the place smells bad in our reservation, they didn't give us a choice of time and a time was set at any time, we called to reschedule a different time, so far everything was fine. When my wife and I arrived at the designated location, there was no vacancy, which we booked, a terrible experience.

Payed $72/night inlude breakfest, so the lack of coffee machine or microwaave in the room didn't bother me. Clean. Basic breakfest, no fruits. There is Olympic size swimming pool but didn't have time to check it.

Took my family on a short vacation to visit Dorney Park. We stayed at this hotel. It was the worst experience I've ever been through in all my years. I thought the low price was some kind of promotional deal And we lucked out. But it was not. It was actually too high for what this hotel was offering. The room was smelly, dirty looking, and the beds were small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty. The towels looked old like they've washed them over a thousand times. If this wasn't bad enough, there was roaches in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. The toilet broke down. I was forced to get a plunger at 2: 30 in the morning from the front desk. This is not a hotel from human beings. The best thing was getting out of the room and going to the park or the pool. Will never return again.

The online photos are a little deceiving. The furniture needs replaced. It smelt very musty in there. The dresser drawers were half broken and peeling. While I did check for bugs and did not find any, the room was still fairly dirty. You could tell the carpet was not vacuumed. The bathroom was pretty dirty and the door to it was almost impossible to open. The fan in the bathroom that came on when you turned the light on was so loud. The chair in our room looked like someone spilled something or urinated on it. We did not have a blanket and had to go to the front desk for one. The one we were given was for a twin size bed when we had a king. We asked the following day for another blanket and they didn't have any so we ended up asking for extra sheets. You won't get any clean linens unless you are there when house keeping comes through. They placed a 75 hold on my card in case of damages which we did not know about until check in. Over all, the staff were fairly decent and the pool is really nice. If I am ever in the area again, I wouldn't have this place on the top of my list for places to stay.

It looked clean, but we had flys in the room, you killed 2 when we came back at night we have more, the blankets smelled like drugs. Called front desk nobody available to change the blankets or to bring new ones. Still staying because I asked if I could cancel and was told by the night front desk girl that I could have seen the room before I decided to take it, something that wasn't told at the beginning. We had to turn of the air because it was to cold for the sheets that we had, from people that work in the tourism business in PR, I won't give this place a 3 from a scale from 1 to 10. The owner needs to start putting his business first, because clients should be happy. Furthermore unhappy with the night service and the sheets smelling like drug. Smoking in the rooms have a fine, but yet the room smells not like cigarettes but marijuana how do you cover your kids with that, we not to complain but

They cancelled my reservation without notice. I hope the owner breaks their spine in a car accident

Booked a night here for my family (toddlers included) and I, following a day at Dorney Park (7/28/23) Never got to stay here because the front desk staff was unorganized. They didn't check me in properly, didn't have me down for rooms, and gave me key cards to different rooms that weren't ours and didn't work. The two women who worked the front desk stated that they would provide a full refund for this inconvenience. Yet, here I am still waiting on a refund and the owner won't respond back.

Oh and the front desk staff had stated that the owner watches the security footage of the facility, while at home.

Please do not stay here! One of the worse places ever! Not kid friendly at all! It is listed as a non-smoking place but you smell that all throughout the lobby. Looks nothing like the pictures. This facility is very unclean and unsanitary.

The house keeping was not cordial, the room smell alot and we only got 1 change of towels. Also when we had stayed on other hotels they always had all of the stuff u supposed to have in ur room. They had about 3 ice machine n only 1 works. They didn't even had towels on the pool area. Beds was very uncomfortable and they said it was 2 queens bed when it was 2 full size bed. The bathroom light had a terrible noise. We even had a slight leaked on the room.

The rug in the room needs to be replaced but other then that the room was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Wow! Worst place we ever attempted to stay. Booked a double bed room 6 months before expected trip. When we arrived they only had a room with a king bed. Wasn’t gonna work for our family of 4. The desk staff was saying how bad their ratings were and not to expect any decent service. I’ve never experienced anything like I did at this place. Needless to say I ate the cost and we stayed somewhere else. Save yourself the headaches and don’t even attempt to stay here. I’m shocked they are even in business.

I was traveling from california to new york and decided to stop here. I never regretted it! The staff was just wonderful, very kind and understanding. The rooms are quite clean, there are shampoos and a hairdryer.the best for your money. The only minus is the lack of a laundry, but there are plenty of them in the city. I recommend it to everyone!

Stayed here a few years ago place wasn’t bad for the price. Olympic size pool was fantastic. The boys enjoyed it. Thought we’d try staying again worst room ever I think they put us in a room where they knowingly had bedbugs. Dead bugs in all the drawers and the refrigerator. The toilet clogged on the first flush Carpet was filthy. The room looked as though someone had been living in it for the last year. Asked to be switched to another room carpet was a little better dead bugs in the drawers can the toilet doesn’t flush will never stay here again would not recommend it for anyone.
