Absolutely no follow-up service on the furnace that was installed.we have several leaks with pipes & were totally blown off.

Dan is an awesome guy. I’ve had him do work on a couple occasions and he’s gone above and beyond.

My first experience with Paros was fantastic, the replaced my sump, fixed my shower plumbing, installed new shower faucet and valve and installed a gas line - Fantastic workmanship, completed the same day. I was so happy with the work, that I called them back a few weeks later to have an estimate on a whole home air conditioning installed, scheduled the meeting and they never came or called to reschedule. Called them again to have the guys come out and do another gas line, fix an in wall plumbing leak. Also never called me back. I would be fine if it was rescheduled / communicated they weren't coming, radio silence is not acceptable. Sadly I have to find someone else to perform the work.

Called and they were here within 30 mins to fix my central air unit. Diagnosed within 10 minutes and had the unit running within 20 minutes. Didn't try to oversell and replaced a bad capacitor. Would recommend. Friendly and fast, and professional service.

Installed a new AC and furnace for me. Received a fair bid, the work was done in a timely and professional matter. (I had questions and they brought answers) Friendly and patient with my wondering toddler and dog, and work area was spotless when they left so bonus points. Also, happy with the warranty should anything arise. WILL USE AGAIN

My parents used this plumber for a number of years. Now I have a place of my own which Paris Sr.and his sons work on my place. I believe the business is in good hands when their father decides to retire.
