Party City

They had everything I was looking for. My son's birthday is Minions themed and they had all kinds of party favors, decorations and balloons to choose from. I am looking forward to our next party so I can go back and shop some more.

Three stars because you had certain items other stores didn't have, not a bad variety of products. Over all store dirty, staff unhelpful, no deals or discounts, VERY VERY EXPENSIVE. You make a car payment while your here. I recommend looking around for cheaper options but this should be a last resort.

A bit expensive but I can always find what I'm looking for. Lots of neat party stuff you won't find elsewhere.

Overpriced. Its paper products people. I only go bc of the better selection of themed parties for my kids

Don't have a lot of items like they did before they moved, prices on some same items are a little higher than walmart. Compare shopping if you going for party themes

If you go here for Halloween supplies, they are a bit over priced compared to some of the Halloween pop-up stores.

Not a bad place. I came here to get specific party and game items that I can't find at Walmart and target, and they offer a lot of selections! If you are planning a party or kid's event, this is the place to be. However, they don't offer the best prices.

Selection for 50th wedding anniversary decorations sucked. And i couldn't order balloons because of helium shortage. Printing machine for a custom banner was broke.

I had a return and the manager stated that this store doesn't do returns or exchanges to you people. I felt totally discriminated.
I ask for another person in charged he stated he was the only mgr on duty.
So as I walked around the store I seen a mgr which was a lady. I explained exactly what happened, she felt so bad exchanged my item with no problem.

Probably one of the worst party cities in the area. Store was messy and Deena the manager was extremely rude and condescending.

This is the only place to go for party decorations. They have anything you need for any type of party.

We went here for a balloon gender reveal. I made the box myself, walked up to the counter, and was trying to pick out balloons for both genders since we wanted to be surprised as well. The woman at the counter just had zero customer service skills. Would only say nope that wont work.or looked at me with a blank stare when I asked a question. I even asked for 1 particular balloon that she said was only sold in bundles, but when I asked another worker, he said you can buy them individually they are above the front doors. It made our gender reveal experience very stressful when someone working doesn't want to be there or just has no communication or customer service skills whatsoever.

Very unaccomdating. My local store in New Jersey bends over backwards for me. This store wouldn’t even order me a balloon. Stay away. They probably only get business since they are the only store in western PA!

The items I needed they didnt have. One girl told us the girls at front register could help us order something from another store and they said they couldn't. The employees were not very friendly and not very helpful!
