Party City

I placed an order for balloons to be picked up on Sunday 5/30. I picked them up around 11 and by 4 one was already hanging on the floor and by 6 two more were lying on the floor. I ordered 14 total and by the end of my event had less than 10 still inflated. This is very disappointing and I will not purchase balloons from there again.

Love the curbside. They even email with advice on how to keep your balloons inflated and how to travel with balloons. It shows they really carw

My inside last visit was great. Was greeted and taken care of but my recent curbside order was not successful. I waited 15 mins when I arrived and no one came out. I had to go in to pick up my order. I would've gave it a 1 star but my inside experience prior to this visit was awesome, so I gave them a 3 stars.

Great place. Really good place for Chanukah Items. They even have really nice Women's Chanukah Sweater Tops. Prices are good too.

Shopping for my son's sesame street themed birthday party and i found so much stuff (probably more than i need) very personable staff and fast moving line at the register

I was everywhere looking for Wedding shower wrapping paper and gift bags and i couldnt find any at all the stores i went to Then i went there and got all i needed and i forgot about that store yet shopped there over the years for things for all party occasions i used to go to!

Super friendly staff even at 9: 30 in the morining and a pretty good selection took a star off for slow long lines

Not a lot of costume selections but plenty of accessories to make your own stuff or decorate with

Store clean. They have almost everything I need for my upcoming party. The rest I'll buy it online. They have a clearance section and I picked up a couple of things.

Had to go to 2 different stores to get everything I needed. Some staff was more helpful than others.

The candy is old and out dated. The employees/owners are ignorant and rude. Don’t wast your time

Cannot post less than one star.three employees in store, yet waited too long, walked out. Only one register open while 2 phone calls answered while we still waited. Terrible

The staff is cool and helpful except the older Caucasian women at the register who was very nasty and acted like she didn't want to ring me up

They really don't have a good selection for sweet 16 birthday parties or for teenagers in general

The staff at all the party city stores refuses to go the extra mile to help a customer.ask a question and the consistent answer is: "no, we dont have it" before ever trying to go the extra mile.

Poor staff, the manager seems like she doesn't care. Little short lady with blonde hair. Real Nasty personality. Will never shop there again
