Party City

I had made a balloon delivery order but had some language barrier issues with the DoorDasher. I didn’t know what to because the dasher couldn’t find my house at all. I called the store and spoke to Connor about the situation and he said he would try to contact DoorDash to see what they can do. Eventually the dasher found my house and Connor called me back to make sure everything was okay. Then, about a half hour later, a ballon set was delivered with a hand written note from Connor saying “hello, we apologize for any issues you had! Please enjoy this set on us! HAPPY BIRTHDAY! ”

Connor, you made a 6 year old boy so happy and made his birthday party extra special! You are so kind and our family is very thankful! Party City will forever be our party supply store!

I'm not usually the type to post a review however the blonde lady who works here is awfully rude. The cashiers are usually nice every time my kid and I come in here, but I don't think we'll be coming back any time soon.

Can usually find all my party or odds and ends things here. A little pricey yet I cam find everything in 1 spot so definitely willing to let the pricing things go.

Got balloons and party supplies for my baby's first birthday. Everything looked awesome!

Excellent service. Apparently, there was a run on items for an 80th birthday as I wasn't the only one purchasing balloons and decorations. There was a little back up at the balloon counter but overall the staff was very friendly and we got everything we needed.

Went for last minute costume for Halloween, they have everything. From decorations to candy. Even found the costume I needed!

My mom couldn't give me balloons on my Birthday, because all the sales people and the manager were too busy with more expensive orders. They could inflate one balloon in an hour! The manager was very unfriendly and advised mу mom go to Dollar Tree store. They don't have to be a holiday store, they don't make people happy on these special days.

There were two women working today and both were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service overall.

Went crazy picking out party items for my oldest daughter's 30th taco birthday party, thankful for Cinco de Mayo coming up we were able to get party items from that section plus 30th birthday items. We conquered our party quest!

In the busy Morrell Plaza next to Shop Rite grocery store. Good friendly service. Reasonably priced and good tasting food.

Ordered a set of balloons filled with air (not helium) as that’s an option on the website. They were all filled with helium and I was told they don’t see if it says air or helium, they just see “inflated. ” They said if they saw it said “air” they would have just given me the balloons unfilled to fill myself, even though I had paid for them to fill them on top of the balloon cost. Remove that option from your website if you’re going to ignore because it is misleading.

I had the pleasure of working with Dana who was such a sweetheart and beyond helpful in correcting an online order I had placed for delivery. She made sure that everything was perfect for my our special occasion. I had a follow-up call with Jenn, who was also so accommodating and friendly. I think this is a huge reflection on the store and I will be a forever costumer at this Party City for all party needs. Thank you Dana and Jenn for all your help, everything went flawless!

This place is expensive, I rather buy stuff from Amazon because this place doesn't allow you to tryout the customs which in my opinion it's the great experience about the physical stores. Also, you have a dollar store next to it, in case you want a cheaper option which it's worthy because most of the stuff this place has is seasonal, so if you are a person that rathers to save money I would go to the dollar store to see if there is something useful, if there's nothing just try only. The customer service isn't so great either because they usually only have employees in the cashier and when they do have employees outside the cashier, they are usually focusing on their inventory.

They have a large selection of party supplies, seasonal themed decorations and Halloween costumes.

This store is absolutely horrible they are unprofessional do not give uniforms to their employees, they don’t train the new people at all, and they don’t let you know that you are not working anymore no call or anything it is so unprofessional and rude that it disgusts me

Was looking for Thanksgiving tablecloths for my 4 year old granddaughter fir her party at school and of all the places we went party city was the only one that had anything for Thanksgiving. Thank you for not forgetting this special day.

Everything you need for a party in one place! Decorations, balloons, plates, napkins, cups, table clothes, etc. Added bonus - in the Fall, they have a huge selection of Halloween costumes for every age.

Troy is the absolute best, he went above/beyond for us. There couldn't be a better representative.
